Charleys Philly Steaks at Mall at Millennia in Orlando is a well managed Charleys location that makes really good sandwiches and fries. I really like the location and how well everything is prepared here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Don't go on your way out of the mall. 15 minutes before closing time, you will not get what you want. Fries were under done and no way to make new ones. Fryolator was already shut down for the night. Not happy!!!!!!!
I love Charleys philly steaks and wings. I normally go to the location on South Obt but i tried this location on Obt & Oakridge the other day, the steak and cheese sub was nasty and cold! I will not return to this location again! ?? UNBELIEVABLE..
I've have gone to Charley's a few times since they opened a new one near me and I've always like they're food. But this time I tried having it delivered and boy was that a mistake. When my food finally arrived it wasn't even warm, the fries were cold and soggy and the drink watered-down. I basically just threw the food away. So that was basically money down the drain. I will never order delivery again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I'm not sure if I'll even visit another Charley's again. Hope this review helps others not to go through what I went.Update;Don't be fooled by the responses you get here from them saying they're going to make it right because they never reply. So it's obvious that bad customer service it's another one of their flaws.
