My husband loves their cheeseteaks sandwiches. I love their wings. Great value!! Nice place.
Stopped for a late lunch and waited in line as it was busy. Wait time was short due to the Team working behind the counter being well organized as they prepared a number of orders quickly and accurately. Our order was a large Philly Steak sub with fries and Coke and a small Chicken Philly. My Philly was good and filling. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Philly and we both liked the regular fries. Price was reasonable considering it is located in the Florida Mall.
wanted to try the large old school . the food was good but for the price i paid was very disappointing. sandwich is much smaller than expected for the $14. price.just be prepared to spend a lot of money for a little bit of food.not worth it.
The milk shake made me throw up my entire 22$ meal kinda ruined my night to be honest after 12hrs of work a stomach ache is all I have to look forward too kinda disappointed but thanks anyway
Delivery to the rehabilitation center was later than we thought... It was cold and meat was tough
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I walked up to the Charlie Cheesestake in the Florida Mall, when I got there one guy was placing his order, he did not have a mask on, so I was standing to his right side about 3, 4 feet away. At that time it wass him and I standing at the counter, no one else, about a minute later a lady walked up and stood behind him, within moment's three or four more people walked up and got behind her, So the person behind the counter looked at the lady to indicate she was next, I step up and said I was next in line, the person taking the orders said you were not in line. I explained to her that I was standing over there because the previous customer did not have a mask, she then ask the lady if she would mind, the lady said she does not know, in the breath she said she works at Disney and they don't allow people to go ahead of others, so the supervisor that was taking the orders, told me that I needed to go to the end of the line where I belonged!!! What did she say, I asked for the Manager,she said the Manager will not available until 6:00pm I ask for a phone # she refused, so I asked one of the other employees, the employee walked over to the supervisor, and told her I wanted the contact # for the Manager, she told her to go the back to find it, long story short, the employee could not find it, eventually and after being at this location for 25 mins, the Supervisor come out with a paper with a name and a phone number, when I called it, the recording says the number is no longer in service. I wanted to Order 20 CS with everthing on them, I am sure this Supervisor caused this business to loose at least $200.00 not sure but I am pretty close, So I went somewhere else, Jersey Mike's and got the Cheese Stakes for my staff.it cost $246.78 She was rude, dismissive, and insulting, I will never buy food from that location again, however, I spoke with the Manager about this at Colonial, Mia, and she was very gracious and kind, if I order food from this brand it will be from that location.
Male cashier with glasses was very fast and friendly. Also gave me a very good recommendation with the bacon cheesteak. I got my food fast and it was delicious
If you want a good location quality philly come to this location inside the Florida mall
I normally don’t write reviews but the guy running the drive thru window was so nice that I had to. Of course the food is always delicious ☺️
It's been sometime since I've eaten at Charleys, I decided to partake in the Prime BBQ cheesesteak meal. Food was good, but the wait in line took some time. It's in a mall so I can't be to critical.
