We used my wife's debit card yesterday here, and today there was a fraudulent charge on the card. The card was not used anywhere else the last week. Be careful here!!

Horrible. There are many returning customers who have been waiting for a long time after ordering, but are complaining about whether there are many missing ingredients. I've been traveling from afar and this is the worst Philly Cheesesteak restaurant I've ever been to. I got food too, but I didn't even cut it.

Cashier is always nice but everyone else is rude and just stands around. Orders come out one at a time. I waited 35 minutes to pick up my food and then was denied the refund because I told a customer that they could have it because the girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing for my refund. Cooks are always standing around and tickets are always in the red. It’s taken me 15 to 20 minutes to get my food every time I’ve come here.
The waiting time in line was very short, good service and in incredible times.

I always have an outstanding experience at Charleys in the outlets.First of all the team is very friendly and outgoing. They look like they are always having fun. I admire their enthusiasm. Regardless of how packed they get I ALWAYS get my food in a timed manner. Secondly, their subs flavor is delightful. The meat is always juicy, hot bread and fresh toppings. It's amazing how they make everything fresh in front of customers. CHARLEYS FOOD IS SIMPLY AMAZING.
