Was underwhelmed by the presentation, quality and taste of my food. I got a more satisfying fill-up from reading about the fiesta sub, it just wasn't anything that I would be on my "gotta have" cravings menu ??♂️?
Came to get a sandwich with no one in line or in the restaurant told me to wait aside the drive thru for my sandwich waited 20 min and 2 cars behind me paid and served and left went in to get a refund and couldn't even get a receipt with me refund info/confirmation hopefully i get my money back i would not recommend wasting your time and money the original receipt says the employee was training that may explain some of it ?♂️?♂️
I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Lemon Pepper Wings with the Fiesta Fries today. The wings barely had any Parmesan sauce/seasoning and little to no Lemon Pepper seasoning. It was like I was just eating plain fried wings. The Fiesta fries barley had any cheese. Very Disappointed after paying $20. Next time I guess Have to say extra this or that....
I'm giving this place a 4 star rating only because their cheesesteaks are very good, but to me, authentic cheesesteaks are made with cheese sauce rather than cheese. They have great fries too. In my opinion, if they had used cheese sauce, I would have given them a five star rating.
A little pricey but it's good.
Being from Philadelphia, this is the furthest thing from a Philly cheesesteak. The steak was just a half a step above a steak-um. No cheez whiz, no American cheese and no where near an amoros roll. They say #1 cheesesteak in the world, That is the furthest thing from the truth. Sorry but I won’t be coming here again
The service here was completely outsanding! The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and understanding with you. Whenever they would accidently mess up my food (which rarely ever happened), they would always fix it, no questions and no problem with it. The service is extremely fast, every time I order something I get it at least done in under 5 minutes. The store and line is never really to crowded, so its perfect! They always have a plenty good amount of staff in the store to maintain it easily. I remember also having to use the bathroom, super clean. Clearly this Charley's is very clean and maintained oftenly. Please, give the employees a raise or something, I think they really deserve it for how good and responsible they are and always with a good attitude towards their customers. This place really needs more customers, they need more buisness here this place is incredible! Highly recommend coming here and getting a sandwich. The food is high quality, always fresh, never had a single problem here. The Staff as well are very clean and responsible, always sanitizing the place, very clean. If you are the type of person who loves fast service, high quality food, and cleanness, then I highly recommend you give this place a try. I'm definitely gonna be coming back here and I will recommend this place to many other family and friends as well, they need to try this masterpiece!
Charlie’s is a rather Interesting restaurant, “Fast Food”, with more of a sit and dine menu.Our meals were cooked perfectly to order.The restaurant was clean and employees were courteous.Prices are a bit on the steep side for food portions and service.Adequate parking.In and out exit is a bit of a challenge with the traffic.
Steak sandwich my favorite. Delicious.I do recommend. The only thing is that they do not have Combo. Any other item sold separately
My order is always made to order and delicious. They only gave me the wrong order once. Immediately fixed it, were kind and gave me a coupon for a few meal for their mistake! Expensive for fast food but affordable for what you actually get.
