The Philly cheese is a great sandwich but the combo meal is not worth $15 they're way overpriced it's a shame because the sandwich was really good
I went today again to this place, Mozzarella Sticks here are amazing and the wings still great!! Btw… I tried the Shake, the cookies & cream is just the cherry of the cake

Amazing service and the truest concept of a fast food, top-quality restaurant. Definitely, one of the most special places to eat in this area. Thank you for your kind attention and my combo – I would LOVE to eat those fries again.
Great place to expend time with the family, the service is excellent, the staff of the store is incredible, they are always ready to offer help and the food is amazing, 5 stars also because the store is clean!
I never been to this restaurant and I decided to give it a try. I was waiting on a business call and decided to grab something to eat while I wait. 01/13/22 6pm I dined in at this location and was not greeted upon entering. I walked to the register and examined the menu. Gabriela Cepero was front cashier. Her entire demeanor was negative and unwelcoming. I ignored her negative vibe and asked some questions regarding your new "Old school steak and fries" Gabriela was very nonchalant explaining the prices as if she did not want to be there. I told her I'm sorry for asking questions regarding my order but this is my first time here. She replied "is this dine in or take out?" completely ignored my statement regarding this being my first time at their restaurant chain. I felt as if I shouldn't have continued my order. I ignored there attitude and placed my order and asked for her name. she replied "gabby". I said thank you and waited for my food. The food was great, but overall experience with customer services was very poor.
Customer service is so important. Just left the OBT location around 358 PM est time on 12/31. The lady at the drive thru was mad rude. Forgot my drink then when I asked for it she got an attitude. It was clearly on the ticket. She then handed me my drink and said “everything good now” with the nastiest sarcastic attitude. No wonder every time I drive by this place there’s not many customers. Good customer service is how you keep people coming back, not that trash I met today.
The place is new, clean and inviting. Our sandwiches were good but dry. They really needed more cheese and the meat was overcooked. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh which helped. The strawberry lemonade is good, but we were served regular and had to take it back to the counter. The large French fries were large enough for two. The place is worth maybe one more visit.
Pleasantly surprised. This was my first visit to this fast food chain. I ordered the Philly Sub and I was not disappointed. I thought at first it was a bit pricey, then I got my food. The portion was big enough for me to eat 3 times. The large is seriously enough for two people. I'll definitely be back to try some different menu items. The sub was so good I have to check the rest out. It was all very yummy!
