This review is not about the cheesesteaks because I was born and raised in Philly so my opinion would be biased. My husband and I went here for the first time tonight. The woman who took our order was nice and she asked us for here or to go and I said to go. We waited about 15 minutes for our order and she gave it to us on a tray instead of to go containers. My husband told her it was to go and she apologized. My husband offered to bag it himself if she gave him the containers and she said she would take care of it. The woman who was cooking had an attitude because the other woman was bagging our order and told her to leave it and help the customer at the register. The cook then bagged up the customer's order after us and gave him his order. Our food sat there another five minutes until she decided that she wanted to bag it up for us. Customer service here was not the best and makes me not want to go back.
Love the Philly Cheesesteak!!! It was so delicious. Location is always so clean and the customer service is awesome.
I love Charles & this store is nice but my fries were cool & limp, the sandwich was OK. The boneless wings were pipeing HOT!
Food is good. They allow pets in the restaurant, which is a little bit unusual. They don't have enough employees to service people at lunchtime.
I never leave reviews but this was an extremely horrible experience, google maps led me to a different location of Charleys than what I’m used to. Cashier was COMPLETELY lost and messed my order up multiple times just taking it and had to call for help numerous times, she prepared my loaded fries and left many ingredients out even after I double checked with her to make sure what I paid for was given, my meal also came with a drink and she left that out as well and was eager to go around the back for some reason. While eating my food just now (cheesesteak) I found some type of cardboard textured material in the sandwich. The kitchen is disgusting and I’m appalled, I’m not sure if it was an off day but I would never recommend eating here. I’ve tried a few locations in Orlando/Altamonte area and they have all been superb. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this location. My order was placed 3/8/21 at 2:09pm.
Great food and the staff are friendly. There is more parking behind the store if you can't find a place up front.
I been to Charleys from the West coast/Pacific to Florida. In the west most Charleys are mainly on miltary bases so when I saw it in Orlando its all over thought it was kool. The Waterford one is good. This location Colonial is one of the best all around. Hot, fast, and for the sandwiches the most meat really worth it. That is why high ratings for fast food style philly. Eduardo older gentleman at register (i think thats his name) supervisor (or should be) was really customer friendly did great job. Well be back in future. Thanks to him & staff.
This was the first time I've eaten at this business. The philly cheese steak sub was excellent! I got the large, but in hindsight, the medium would have been plenty. The sub was prepared perfectly.
Excellent Service and Staff! Very welcoming environment, They gave my babies goodies after they finished their meal and even turned on a Movie for them! Food was very fresh and tasty!
Second time eating here. Food was great the first time. Stopped in to grab something quick this morning. I just wanted hash browns but they were all out. Antonio and Via were very accommodating and helpful I really appreciate the service and it was very refreshing considering the climate the world is in now. Thank you guys!
