Went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch on our way back from Orlando. We read some positive reviews about it and it was in our way so we tried it. Overall it was not a good experience. We ordered all their specialties - Inferno burger, Portuguese chicken, Samosa Chaat and Mango Lassi. Everything was below par I felt. The restaurant was empty yet it took a long time to get the food..Mango Lassi was hot and very diluted for 3.99! Then came Samosa Chaat, which was hastily made with no presentation and the yoghurt was not properly whisked. Inferno burger looked fine until later I realized the meat was stale and both me and my wife had stomach issues throughout our drive back (it was a 8 hour drive!). The Portuguese chicken didn't look presentable as well and was just OK! The mash potatoes that came with it was so bland that I could just eat a few spoons..I felt, though not sure, that the restaurant looked understaffed, there was no experienced chef and maybe the person at the cash counter was preparing the food along with taking orders and everything.Definitely out worst dining experience in our 9 days Orlando vacation. We had such amazing food at other restaurants on other days so we were generally very disappointed.
Their Inferno Burgers are great tasting. My wife had the Portuguese chicken and said it was delicious as well. I've been here couple of times in the past few years and it's always been consistent good food.

I always order take out. They have my order ready in 15 minutes and the food quality is top tier. Everything on the menu is good and not overpriced.
We ate at Charcoal Zyka 4 days out of our 7 day stay. Everything was superb! The burgers, Portuguese chicken, spicy buffalo wings etc all were consistently excellently prepared. The Chicken chunks are an excellent option to take to parks.
Amazing food, the Portuguese chicken and rice was very flavourful and the perfect amount of spice , we ate here 3 days during our stay and every experience was amazing ?, will recommend this place ?

I highly recommend this restaurant. The biryani, naan, chicken karahi was amazing. The food was given very fast. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The price paid is worth for the quality of food given. If you are traveling I really do you recommend coming here. 10/10 restaurant
Last Friday I had the misfortune of having dinner at this restaurant. There was nothing impressive about this place. Hideous seating arrangement, dead ambience, and the food was below average, prices were way too high for what was on the plate and the presentation was close to-ve1. Highly disappointed.We ordered-Mozzarella Sticks-Spicy Chicken Chunks - which were literally smaller than an inch and were deep fried and topped with chaat masala... they were horrible.-Inferno burger, where the onion slices were thicker thn the beef patty itself-The Beef Ribs with inferno rice and coleslaw - the rice weren't anything exciting, the coleslaw was tasteless and I have seen better presentation of food by kids who make play dough food.-The kids had chicken fingers which were just okay and a fried chicken burger (which by that way was coated in the same batter as the spicy chicken chunks)A disappointing experience worth $100- not going back again.
Excellent food. The burgers are the best I've had and I always recieve great customer service. Very nice and polite family. Kudos to you guys and keep up the great work. I'm a regular customer.
