We just ordered through Uber Eats. Order was never prepared, the driver showed up and was told it was being prepared. After waiting 25 more minutes, the order still was not ready. She inquired again and was told it was in process. LIES. They never processed the order. We were offered a $10 gift card for the delay. UNACCEPTABLE. This is not an Uber issue but a lack in responsibility on the restaurant. If you cannot fulfill the order say so from the beginning!! It was an oversight that no one caught. Meanwhile, it is late and I have hungry mouths to feed.
Service is lacking coming from someone in the industry. No silverware before food was delivered. I ordered a burger and requested it to be medium well. The burger was well done and unseasoned. The best part was trying to get out of the restaurant. Total time to get the check was about 30 minutes with only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant.
I do not recommend this place. The music, if you can call it that, was blaring and distorted. The food took forever and was lousy. The drinks were watered down and tasted horrible. I will not return.
Lots of good things to say about this place, they have good small ice(you know the kind) I got the Build-Your-Own Burger, with pepper jack, mushrooms and jalapeños. The mushrooms had fried onions which i didn't care for. The burger was real-meat and wonderful quality. I got a side of loaded tater tots that were excellent. My partners buffalo Flatbread was pretty good as well. The service was fine but the decor was a bit lacking(if that's your thing)Definitely worth a visit if your a fan of Fridays or chili's or Applebee's but like higher quality.
The place was cool staff was nice and attentive. My drinks tasted different than other places (Long Island & white tea) the pretzel bites w cheese are great and the wang bang shrimp
The bar staff is awesome very helpful to everyone. The food was good. Drinks were fairly priced. Slowly turning into a regular.
This place was amazing! We tried it for the first time at the Orlando location this evening and we ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and the Buffalo wrap and both dishes where very good. Our server Zoe C was friendly, attentive to our needs, kept a conversation throughout our dining experience. We will be back again!!
Service was good except we got the appetizer at the same time as the meal and it wasn't busy. The food is ok but not anything I'd come back for. It also looks like it could be cleaned a little better and maybe brighten it up, I thought it was closed when I walked up
This is my favorite restaurant in the world at nighttime.
Went with a friend for a later dinner. Place wasn’t super packed but we had to wait a bit for someone to stop by our table. Waitress was super nice and attentive though. Food was very tasty. Definitely recommend the wings :)
