We ordered from the menu and got the Belgium waffle and Eggs Benedict. Both were good but the service was hit and miss and had a mandatory 18% gratuity. It seemed the server had too many tables and started to get in the weeds. We heard from one of the employees that the occupancy was low at the hotel so maybe they understaffed.
Very impressed by this breakfast buffet. Service was outstanding and found the choices to be plentiful. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The crowd skewered older which wasnât a bad thing but itâs worth mentioning. The daily parking price is steep! But they do give you a discount at the restaurant so donât forget to ask for the discount card BEFORE you pay for parking. Overall it was a nice departure from our usual breakfast spots and a fun little weekend splurge.
The service began well but quickly deteriorated. The sever greeted me, asked a couple of questions then brought me coffee. Then I waited to have my order taken. The server then took an order from the table behind me who had been seated after I'd been waiting. I received a refill of coffee while I was waiting to have my order taken. The server took my order, delivered my food and he didn't come back to my table again to check on me until I flagged him down. Yet he was constantly at the table behind me , and him gave them thrir bill, and processed it. The table in front of me received the same poor service as myself. I had planned on going there daily, however after that extremely poor service I would not return. He did not deserve the gratuity that is automatically included in the bill because it didn't give him incentive to do a good job.

Once again, we really enjoyed your breakfast, so many great selections, and as always your service was outstanding, but sadly it will be our last visit, unless your hotel manager can change the Valet parking to a fair price, we were there Monday morning, probably 45min at the most, and were charged 37 dollars to park, and that was after the discount, that is just robbery, we can go to Marriott, and they validate our parking for free, we didn't mind paying the 60 dollar breakfast, but 100 after parking is just to much, hopefully you can resolve this matter, if not you will loose customers.
Crew was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated their kindness very much. Food was also delicious. Definitely when I'm in Orlando again I will be here.
The breakfast buffet was really nice. We were surprised at how nice it was and how good the food tasted. Honestly, it felt like being on a cruise ship. The staff are so sweet.
Very noisy , the server rushed us and was a little rude too.
