It's been awhile since I've been to Café 906. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. Perfect price point for breakfast. I like that they have added drip coffee to the menu. Nice al fresco seating that is in morning shade.
Well well. I LOVE A GOOD French Coffee Shop.This is a really great one. The owner very sweet, funny and polite gentlemen. The place is quite and confy with our door sitting area in the Center of Balwin Park.I had the conquer madam, was well balance, flavors in point,with the best nutella cake was crisp in the exterior amd moist in the inside with delicious nutella (with ice cream would be the homerun☺️)and a hazelnut Iced latte.Is recommended for a great brunch.
Great bistro in downtown Baldwin. I had the L’espellette. Amazing. Walnuts and goat cheese make a great layer of flavor the baked chicken can sit on. If I were picky I’d say the chicken was cooked a little beyond optimum, but the confluence of flavors with the freshness of the bread made this the best possible choice for a relaxed Saturday afternoon in nice weather. Wife had a Salmon crepe that felt light and agreeable to her stomach while being packed with clean protein. Been here twice and will most likely be back several times again.
This place always makes my Sunday start off right. Great croissants! Also really enjoy the Croque-Monsieur when popping in for lunch. yum!
Service while ordering was great. There is a sign letting you know the wait time is long. So don’t go in a rush. I ordered a Latte which was very good. I also ordered L’espelette. The only thing good on that plate was the salad. The pieces of chicken was as dried as a piece of cardboard. I only took one bite. I went back to the cashier to let her know so I could hopefully order something else. When I explained to her the issue she responded with I’m sorry I don’t know what to say and then instructed me to talk to the gentleman who brought our food out to us. He quickly walked from outside to behind the register so she told him. He threw his arms up in frustration and told her to refund me. His gesture came across as completely rude. Neither one of them even apologized. I took the refund and decided not to order anything else in replacement. Other than drinks I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Poor service
Great little French style cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. I had the 'oslo' - savory crepe with smoked salmon. I also tried the Croque-Monsieur and a selection of the pastries. The pain-aux-chocolat is very good. Parking can be tricky if you go during the work week, but I always found spaces in the covered parking at 1780 Welham St.

The food is pretty average. Honestly my breakfast sandwich had no flavor. I feel like I could make a better one at home.
Great food, better service. Staff was attentive, food came fast despite how busy it was, location was clean. Had a crepe craving, and this definitely hit the spot. Would recommend!
Staff was attentive and worked hard. Food was average. I paid $12.50 for an omelette and side salad. Omelette was good. Toast was plain and side salad was iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. : / Place was packed. A lot of French customers hanging around. :)
