I love Burgerfi and this location did not disappoint. Something really important to note was that Sana did an amazing job at customer service. She was so friendly when I was ordering and overall did a great job assisting me and my family during our dinner! She is the prime example of great customer service and kindness and I hope to find more cashiers like her in the future.
This is my third and last time at this BurgerFi. The first it was opening weekend and we decided to give them another try. The second was soon thereafter- now today we have it another go…and won’t be back. Our order had to be corrected three times during the process because the person taking the order wasn’t listening. One of the burgers we just wanted meat and cheese - so he rang in a bacon cheeseburger without bacon - a burger that’s a dollar more because of the bacon. It still came out wrong. They did fix the issue / order. I also will not understand a quick serve location asking for a tip where you order at the counter get your own drinks etc.We tip well for service but this location and process doesn’t offer any service that warrants a tip. Pay your people better.Edit- after response from BurgerFi: yes, this appears to be the BurgerFi standard and no I can’t fill out an additional survey for you. Read this review and take action…or don’t. I won’t be back. Or copy and paste my comments in your special website if the that’s what you need. The request is just another example of your company not meeting basic requirements for service.
My husband had the CEO burger & fries, I had the hot dog with onion rings. OMG everything was great, the O-Rings were the best I have had EVER!! They were super big & beer battered, they were simply FABULOUS!!! We will definitely be going back. I did also order a Custard brownie sundae, I shared that with my husband, it was also GREAT. If you get a chance you gotta go to Burger Fi
I’ve gone to this location a couple time already and every time is always a good experience for me. The employees are very nice and very willing to help you with whatever you need. The new gm Roy was very nice and attentive. I really appreciate him for being patient with me while I ordered. Thank you for my great experience !
Couldn’t even find a clean table. Cashier was in automated robotic mode . “For here Or to go”“ Name”? Not welcoming. This is the first time I visit a Burger fi She did exit to out chairs back together. But she didn’t clean. Is this place like this? Or it was just this bad employee delivering the worst image of your location. I visit around 5:30 to 6pm. Dining in

The worst burger I ever ate. Went for the first time with my family. Over $120 for 4 adults and 3 children. Granddaughter got sick when we returned to the resort and vomited her strawberry milkshake. Only one girl working the front, took 20 minutes just to get the milkshakes after not finishing our awful tasting mediocre food...burgers were weird tasting at almost $12 and hardly any sauerkraut on hot dogs. Place wasn't busy. Will never return.
Lorraine was VERY patient taking our order, we couldn’t decide because everything looked so good! Loved our burgers and parmesan, rosemary fries. Sat outside and enjoyed what is probably the last of the cool breezes. Apparently, some people struggle reading really big signs that say Burgerfi parking only! We’ll definitely be back, manager was so funny.
This was the best culinary experience I have had in my entire life. The amazing flavors of the burger and fries are bringing me to tears and I am being overcome by so many emotions as I write this review. I imagine this is what a parent must feel when they hold their newborn child. Mia O. provided the best customer experience I have ever received. She made me feel so much like family that I am convinced we must be related in another universe and I am considering writing her into my will. This has truly been an unforgettable experience and my only complaint is that now every future meal that is not from BurgerFi UCF Orlando will pale in comparison to what I am experiencing now.
Food, service and cleanloness was great. The attendant Angie was super sweet and helpful. I ordered 3 kids meals and per her recommendation I ordered the Swag burger. The food was cooked perfectly and taisted super delicious. I will definitely go back again whenever I'm craving a big beefy burger ?
