Ashley at the Lake Nona location is extremely rude. Caught her rolling her eyes several times as I was placing my order as if I was wasting her time. Mind you the restaurant is empty at the time I placed my order. I'm normally a fantastic tipper but I reluctantly left 10% which in my opinion was too much just because her attitude. Didn't want to leave without tipping since this might be a group collection. Not sure I'll return with type of service. Picture of the place when I ordered to show how empty it was.*update Ashley and the cook has nothing better to do than gossip and side eye customers! Watched as I was waiting for my food.... Definitely not going back... you need to hire better employees
Adriana is amazing! I’d give 6 stars if I could. Everything here is great: burgers, fries, tenders. The ingredients are always very fresh. It is a little pricey for a fast food place, but you get what you pay for. I’d happily pay whatever for the quality of food I get at BurgerFi over a place with less quality ingredients like McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s.

The food was delicious! Adriana assisted us with making our selections from the various options on the menu. I went with The CEO and my husband with Swag burger. She was very helpful answering our questions and making the process a breeze! Awesome customer service on top of amazing food!
The service was excellent! Adriana quickly and accurately took our order. She was very pleasant. Overall the food was great and came out fast. We ordered the vegan burgers with fries, a couple of beers, & two shakes to go. I downloaded the BurgerFi app and got the fries for FREE!! We will be back.
Ordered 2 Ceo's to-go. Missing the toppings. Paid for sauces and received the wrong ones. Burgers were dry and tastless. Fries were cold & soggy. Very disappointed in the quality. I'd rather drive 20 and get Shake Shack then buy from here again.
I really loved the veggie burger, it's not easy to find good vegan vegetarian options but this one exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended
We are from Wisconsin and just driving by. We decided to check it out. The food was absolutely amazing. The customer service was something that other restaurants should aspire to. The fries are absolutely amazing as well. They definitely need to come to central Wisconsin, as my family would be regulars!! Great food place and can't wait to see how far this restaurant makes it world wide!!
Not only the best franchise burger I’ve ever eaten, it’s the best burger I have eaten and I’ve tried most of them. I ordered The CEO Burger and it was incredible. The fresh fries were fantastic. The owner, Marcos, is super nice and Earnest handled my order flawlessly and both of them checked on me to make sure that I was having a great experience.
