They have the best milkshakes!! And various flavors. I like their fries and their burgers are made with quality beef. I usually get the lettuce burger.

I ordered two burgers and after biting into them they were raw inside. I felt as if my burger was still mooing ?. The manager never addressed the issue or apologized. The cashier at the register had them remade. I was so disgusted and concerned that I won’t be eating there for quite some time. It was not a good experience.

Lorraine was VERY patient taking our order, we couldn’t decide because everything looked so good! Loved our burgers and parmesan, rosemary fries. Sat outside and enjoyed what is probably the last of the cool breezes. Apparently, some people struggle reading really big signs that say Burgerfi parking only! We’ll definitely be back, manager was so funny.
The first time the food was stale, cold, not made to-go, and they said the shake machine was broken. Total flop to say the least. Decided to give it another try. I called and was told the shake machine was on for the day until 9pm. Well of course the first thing the manager tells us is that the power caused the shake machine to not work… really though… only that machine… and everything has power… come on. He obviously was lying and just didn’t want to add more to the machine. He really saw to women and thought they will believe this. And he had the audacity to be rude. We told him we called and he was like yea it was working then not now. Such a joke this place but I added a pic of a better burger and shake place that has never failed us. This is why I don’t like trying these new yuppy places. Oh and a picture of the storm too ? hopefully you have better luck if you decide to go here.
I can’t help but leave a great review for this place! Today was my first time eating here and I was absolutely blown away by the food and how delicious it was. Impressive menu but the customer service was even more impressive. I like to acknowledge these things because it adds to the experience of eating at the restaurant. Jonathan C. was the person that attended to my order and was nothing short of excellent! The kindest person with absolute patience to introducing me to the menu. Burger Fi just won a customer for life with this one ! Recommend 10/10
Honestly, one of the best burgers I've had in A LONG time! My hubby and I ordered on Doordash for a late lunch today. We are taken back by how tasty the burgers were today. I got the simple cheeseburger and it was to die for. Thank you so much for making our tummy's happy! :)
