They were really busy. The line was long. Sandra was the hostess. She was great. A server wasted several glasses of water in the entry way. Sandra the hostess was very helpful. Her goal was to keep the guest from falling. She immediately cleaned it up although she had to leave her post. She was great. Courtney took our order. She was very pleasant. I asked for the manager because the front in staff needed help. The lobby and to go line was extremely long and they needed help. Jasmine, the manager, came out. She listened apparently she was in the kitchen helping. Another employee shared that Jose, the general manager was extremely busy doing PAPERWORK in the office. Meanwhile the lobby area, the waiting area, the to go line are chaotic. With a large spill in the front entry. Great Leadership Jose. I am sure the paperwork needed immediate attention while your staff was drowning a d the customers were waiting. Sandra and Courtney managed, however leadership presence could have made the situation better. Thank you Jasmine for coming out to listen. Sandra and Courtney I appreciate you ladies for taking care of the customers while Jose shuffled papers.
I am here now, 6:45pm on 6/8/2022. Sat near the bar. A kid was our waiter. We only saw him twice. We had to get our drinks from the bar. My kids were asking me where their things where that they asked for. The waiter was in no hurry to help anyone. I've been waiting for the bill going on 22 minutes. Horrible.
I’m giving more than one star only because the food was great. Weirdest thing ever: 4 of us and they brought my food, 5 min later the two kid meals, 15 min later the other adult. When I asked the person who delivered food she said, and I quote, “well I can take this back but it’ll sit under a heat lamp if you want to eat together.” All staff seemed to avoid eye contact and I had to ask 3 people for a fork and napkins! Manager never visited table. Horrible service

Would give 0 stars if could DO NOT order food to go here EVER i should have checked reviews prior to ordering disgusting and disappointed stale old re heated chicken roten mac and cheese that taste as it be re heated also serval times only thing edible was the fries DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE ? and seeing that the only response is to complain on website in FAQs is not enough sad that in such a busy tourist area these are the standards wish i could upload videos i have to show the quality
Placed a to-go order for the 15 traditional/15 boneless wings and fries. Got back to hotel and our fries were missing. Husband went back to the restaurant and got the fries. Then opened his wing box to discover there were only 9 out of 15 of the traditional wings. Never ordering from here again.
Young lady at to-go is amazing tonight. The only BWW to give consistently perfect customer service. I drive past two others to get to this one because of the far superior staff. I wish I got the girls name because the manager needs to know how great she is. I walked in 3 minute before closing and she greeted me by name and with the biggest smile!!!! Absolutely adore her!!!
My friend and I wanted a quick lunch. Alysa was a great server with a nice sense of humor who made sure to tell us about the Tuesday special on wings. The wings were Buffalo wild small but cooked perfectly with a tasty sauce. The chicken sandwich was lightly breaded and also very good. A good experience.
I am not a big fan of American food, but chicken wings are an exception and the offerings at Buffalo Wild Wings near Sea World in Orlando are superb. They offer a wide range of sauces and cooking styles of wings. IU was with a friend and we decided to opt for traditional Buffalo chicken wings with ble cheese sauce to dip them in. They were hot, flavoursome and spicy. Delicious.
Awful. Three of us sat to eat. Ordered chips and salsa, chips and Queso and cheese curds as appetizers. Didn’t get the apps before the meals. Got each meal one at a time even though we all ordered on one tab at the same time. There was two managers on, not one was seen on the floor assisting. Could have a least gave us a smaller plate to look like we had more fries. The place wasn’t even that busy. 75% of the tables were open.
