Each and every time I order from this location, I have an issue. First and foremost, the app does not allow for delivery from this location to my home even though the website does. I don’t understand how one method of ordering functions differently from another when ordering from the same location to the same destination. My last order from this location was supposed to include a 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke. When the ordered was dropped off at my home, I instead received a “bag of soda” which had been shaken to the point of being ready to explode. Despite contacting this location numerous times by email and phone to ask for a refund, my attempts have remained unanswered. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this location ever again.
This place shaking my head ??♀️I seen black mole in the ceiling and the bathroom oh my goodness!! No air at all in the bathroom, the floor had trash and water all over it. The staff was mostly just chilling and talking to each other over their headsets. Which I found unprofessional because we was standing right there trying to order but I guess their conversation was more important. The food was.. sighh just go somewhere else..
Many Boston Markets have gone downhill - but this one is still pretty stellar. Same good quality comfort food - and the staff is super friendly, efficient, helpful. Always the same 2 great guys behind the counter. I've given up on the Kissimmee location but this one is great, and worth the extra drive.
Terrible customer service. Multiple employees saw me and walked past w out acknowledging me. The manager I'm assuming was out on his phone. They couldn't find my order, when they did find it it was missing the 2 l soda as well as the pie. When I asked about these I was told the soda I can get myself from their cooler which is not a big deal and then he handed me a Frozen pie and said this is all I have.
Placed an order via DoorDash for pick up.When I went in, the order wasn't even ready and nothing was even available! No chicken, no pot pies no drinks nothing.I was told I'd have to pick something else and they could just make me something else to cover the order. What I was given wasn't even close to my order. I was given just a bunch of stuff thrown on bread. What I was given wasn't even close in price to what I originally paid.Disgusting and disrespectful, I expected more from Boston Market.
This location's comparable to the others. I placed order in drive-through.My order included a meatloaf meal and side sampler. No sauce on the meatloaf and overall meals were less than satisfying. Serving sizes have definitely been reduced. Sorry I didn't think to take a picture But guess that's because it wasn't the worst meal but definitely wouldn't brag about it either.
We came to have dinner inside and the soda machine was broken. We were fine with just water but they didn’t have any water to even provide for their guests. We asked the kid serving us food if they got anything and said “I don’t know” to every question we had. Food was well over their time, cream spinach dead, sweet potatoes dead, Mac and cheese dead. We also ordered the sweet Thai garlic chicken but the server ran out of the sweet thai. He grabbed a sweet baby ray’s bottle from the back and poured it on, where’s the garlic part? I love Boston market but this location was not it.
Hadnt had Boston Chicken in years and was excited to eat it again, unfortunately the Chicken had no seasoning on it... corn very bland and creamed spinach no flavor, dill potatoes no flavor. Such a disappointment! Definitely doesn't taste like it used to
Good food and service. However, I discovered you have to Ask for gravy for the meatloaf if you want it. I understand the reason , not everyone likes it but I think they should ask the customer "with or without gravy". Thank goodness I thought to look before driving off ....on a previous experience, I got home, NO Gravy, and I didn't understand why.
Good food this time. Went to this location quite a few months ago. Was horrible. Food definitely improved this visit. I DID NOT order their meatloaf this time. Meatloaf at Boston Market is horrible. Mediocre at best. Always better to go with their chicken, chicken soup and mashed potatoes.Their staff did seem cranky and possibly overworked. Snapped at guests a bit but did accommodate and fix problems. I believe she was tired and hungry. The male employee also working the counter commented that their was no reason to snap at customers for asking questions. We got there before 8 pm but were told the dining room closed at 8. Apparently they didn't want us and other guests in line to go in there. You could sense their disapproval of the guests who had decided to sit (my friend being one)and eat being before 8 pm when they entered the dining area. I personally ate my food on the trunk of my car to avoid possible backlash from the staff for still being in the dining area after 8 pm. I feel if you enter the dining area before 8 pm you should be able to sit and enjoy your food. These issues gave them the 3 stars instead of a 4 star. I was tempted to give a 2 star but the food quality was so much better than the prior visit I took that into consideration. Ex. Mac Cheese my friend ordered wasn't soupy. He didn't complain about his turkey dinner. He did the last visit. I personally am not a fan. I like fresh turkey. My food was also substandard last visit.
