Possibly THE worst meal I have ever had......and I really like Boston Market. Cornbread was hard, potatoes were about half cooked, meatloaf needed a serrated knife to cut, and they shorted the order the side of gravy......the one thing that may have actually made it somewhat palatable. Ordered at 5:30, so you'd think they would have fresh, hot and tasty food for folks to grab on their way home from work. Do NOT trust a family meal to this location.

Drove up to the drive through to order, no answer during lunch time. Someone had wrote on the speaker using a permanent marker saying OPEN AT 11. I gave up waiting and parked to go inside. 3 employees inside that I could see. 2-3 customers eating. No one in line but me. Not one hello, can I help you, nothing. Then the drive through attendant came over. I asked for a sandwich and he said we are out of those. I was perplexed, asked if they were out of chicken? He said they don’t have the stuff to make one. I gave up and left. This store needs to either be renovated or torn down. The sign out front is smashed, store looks run down, no customer service. Pretty sad.
the food was delicious, but the service here is absolute garbage.i ordered online and never got a confirmation so i didn’t know if it went through or not. i arrived in person for pickup and after it was past the time it was supposed to be ready i went inside to ask. i stood there for about 5 minutes before i was even acknowledged. they had plenty of staff and there was no line. finally someone noticed i was there and i explained that i ordered online and wasn’t sure it went through. not only was i questioned as if the food was worth gold, but by the time i got home and wrestled the bag open that was triple knotted and double stapled (why?) i realized that the order was not even complete. there goes my money. no point in dealing with traffic to go back and be treated like livestock again.it’s a shame because i do like the food, but save yourself the time, money, and your dignity and eat elsewhere.
Would've been 5 stars if the meal I ordered included the brown gravy that was in the picture. Also, tastes like the only thing that had salt (a LOT) was the Mac and cheese. Still pretty good, though! Cornbread could save a life! ?
Came to get some lunch. The cook is on his cell phone, eating a sandwich while prepping with no cloves. I am standing there for at least 10 minutes. I asked him if this is how they provide service to customers. In addition, he tells me the chicken won't be ready for another 21minutes. Place open at 11am and chicken will be ready to serve at 12noon.
I've haven't been there in a while & the food was really good!???
The item we wanted was very tasty but getting it ordered was horrible. Workers there were not very helpful.
I want to give this restaurant 0 stars. This is THE MOST unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been to. To begin, no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes and I was the ONLY person in the lobby. I counted 6 employees that looked directly at me and said NOTHING. I saw people behind the counter talking, giving handshakes, exchanging tags and the lady cook came out to the lobby to get a drink and check her personal phone message. I was unable to get names because no one was wearing a name tag. When someone finally acknowledged me it took him at least another 10 minutes to locate my preorder. They packaged 4 big bags for me and instead of 1 out of the 5 men working there asking to help me out, a customer behind me offered to help. The lobby was so unorganized with pre orders EVERYWHERE and no one knew what to do or where to go. Something seriously needs to be done at this location.
The most disrespectful disgusting attitude i have ever experienced in my life DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT. Manager does not give two craps about customer experience and his name is Juan his so called drive through cashier he said named Nelson didn't even let us finish saying our order but had the audacity to rush us after asking us to hold on twice and we waited 5 whole minutes for him to respond. The manager didn't even try making it right with the customer! I am appalled by this! Retraining management and staff needed ASAP! So angry my sentence is a run on!!!!
