The staff was so rude the young ladies working were talking about the customers and not fixing the food as customers were ordering and were not fulfilling the proper orders. I have never had this experience been coming since i moved almost three years now. After patiently waiting for food as i watched the young ladies continue to be rude to other customers and literally talk badly about customers and lauging at them and be rude to me also while speaking in Creole because they thought I did not speak or understand what they were saying? I asked for a refund and left very dissappointed this place usually has great service and food ?never ? going back again
Great food! However, terrible customer service, and the rice I requested was not the rice they put in my plate.
This was my very first time trying and I will never return. The young ladies where unprofessional and I feel like they over charged us because we didn’t speak the native language. Disappointed and disrespectful
I drove 2hrs for Haitian food. I was so excited because I appreciate food from all cultures and I was craving it. I don't know if it is because I'm American or what because the ladies serving the food blatantly ignored us for over 20 mins and took their time finishing their personal conversations. It was clear they were trying to be rude. I tried to be patient I kindly told her in kreyol that I don't speak the language when she spoke to me. It was so frustrating because I felt as if my trip was wasted. To love and appreciate food and culture and then turn around and receive rude service for no reason. Easily losing good American dollars.. I also hope that this location can maintain an English speaking cashier to ease the process of checkout it was very difficult to communicate and that will surely aid in where I spend my dollar if I can't begin ask questions about the menu.
That maimoulin bang bruh, it hits the spot oh... Morning glory take it with the ragu gravy, idk its straight haitian sauce believe that
Great Haitian food at affordable prices. Friendly staff accommodated us trying a blend of items without over charging us!
The prices are wonderful and the food is amazing. Covid changed everyplace around but not much has changed here,
I always get the curry goat ,rice and beans with plantains. So far they have the best curry goat in town...I've tried other places and no one's curry goat beat theirs yet!! The restaurant it self needs remodeling...even though they tried to remodel it. It can be better. The place is hot and the staff seem to always not be in the mood to take orders. There is a wait on the food but other than that this is my go to place for curry goat!
Best haitian food in orlando
I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant before. I am visiting the city and always visited them to get Haitian Food. There can be a wait time, but this was FAR beyond the normality. I placed my order and several items were incorrect. One item (rice) was completely left off of my ticket. The 3 girls up front thought my sister and I were “Americans” and didn’t think to tell us that they were out of the particular rice we wanted. We waited for over 40 MINUTES. They didn’t tell us this until the end, when a bystander mentioned it to us. They were just going let us wait there even longer! And when I still requested the rice for my time, the one girl up front said I still had to pay for! She turned up her nose at us when we said we still expected them to provide us with the rice, because we waited for so long. That was it for me. I do not bad mouth black businesses like this, especially my fellow Haitians. But my time was grossly wasted and the customer service was outright rude. I will never patronize this business again. Never. **If I could give 0 stars I would.**
