Visited on my birthday on July 1st to celebrate my 47th birthday. I loved the feel of the resturant and enjoyed the live band and music. The food was okay. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich, the chicken breast was way too small for the coco bread. The yucca fries were good. Overall would visit again. My birthday party ordered different stuff, but there were no raving reviews for the food. Just okay. But the feel and ambience was great.

If you want authentic Jamaican food, this is the spot. The cook was born and raised in Jamaica. The food has a kick of spice which I love. They don't make the food bland like you would expect being on Universal property. There was live music and you must make a reservation unless you prefer to eat at the bar.

Fast service and cool vibe. I got the ox tail stew and rum punch and it was delicious. Almost like being back in Jamaica. This seems to be the best Restaurant at CityWalk.

Enjoyed a delicious meal here last night. The service was excellent. The salad was fresh and Jerk chicken well seasoned. The beef patties and the Yucca fries were awesome and the rice and beans were delicious!!! Will be stopping back before we return home to NC.

My daughter and I both rated this restaurant an 8 out of 10. The food was pretty good and the restaurant in general was very nice. Our waiter (I believe his name was David) he was a 100 out of 10, amazing waiter. Would revisit this restaurant if we went back to CityWalk.

I enjoyed the food and the service. I have had several different meals her and always had a great time with fantastic food.

I have been here a few times and each time the staff is spot on. They are friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place.

Jamaican food is something special. You have to love it, but it's not for us anymore. The cocktails are almost fruit drinks and it is better to have a beer.

I spent several days trying to get into this place while at Universal, they open at 5p and close at 10p. That’s not a huge window when you’re in town for a short period. We were walking around during the early afternoon and went back to our hotel late afternoon, so it required coordination to get in. Then you have the issue making reservations to get in, you couldn’t just show up and be seated, you needed reservations. To be fair most other restaurants on the City Walk were the same. As far as food is concerned, it was good but not fantastic. I got the classic jerk chicken rice with plantains, I’ve had better. The rice was bland, the plantains weren’t sweet enough and somewhat hard and the chicken was a bit too spicy. I ordered a frozen drink which came with a paper straw, which barely worked. It kept clogging and kinking up, not very smart for a frozen drink. The ambiance was excellent, the service was very good and the food was ok.

Completely deafening live band. Drinks we wanted were in the downstairs bar which was way too much trouble for our waitress. Didn’t stay for food as I doubt they could have heard our order anyway. Avoid.
