The chicken tinga and smoked greens tacos were delicious. Chips and guacamole make a great starter too.

This is DEFINITELY a hidden gem! Do yourself a favor and try it out! The customer service was great, and the food was absolutely amazing! We got the brisket tacos and the fish tacos. Both were delicious and packed with a ton of flavor! Also, the margarita was awesome! Definitely coming back! ??
Dropped by after a friend suggested it and I was not disappointed. The guac was delicious and the chips were super fresh. We also got all different tacos and a tamale which were also all very good. I wasn’t a fan of the hibiscus tea but the pineapple fresca was really good.
Our friends love this place so they made us come here. So when you come in make sure you get in the black line to order or they seem to like to yell!!! It’s not a big restaurant so eating here it’s not easy to find a seat!! The music is loud and now I get why the feeling they got to yell. The floor is sticky when you walk through which I hate. It’s definitely a busy place and a lot going on! I’m not sure how you even find a place to stand to wait for a table or food without getting scolded. So you have to stand in the hall by the trash to wait for a table or food. The table we finally got was dirty and sticky.The food I think is organic and cheap for Tacos. We ordered before friends and here we wait and wait and wait and come to find out it was under the counter… hmmm happy no. When they called our name we even waved they acknowledged us but apparently still didn’t think we ordered I guess. At the end good thing we asked what happened to the order.Now to the food! The chicken tacos were good with corn tortilla shell. The tamale was good with tender meat. Overall the food is good but parking not the best It’s dark lots behind it so good luck.
I've had sopes in Mexico City and Chiapas, but none were anything like this. The meatball sope in a delicious mole sauce really knocked my socks off. One of the most unique and tasty items I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant.
Love this place usually. Got cold tacos even when asked to please check on order when several people were getting orders in line way after I placed my order. Basically waited an extra 20 minutes for chips to be added. Saw that being the only item being added to my bag and the look on the expediter’s face when she saw that I saw. Delicious but cold and less delicious tacos tonight. :-(
Tacos were great! Stopped here on the holiday weekend bar crawl and was surprised how good the tacos were. Definitely will keep an eye out in the future to return to this place for more.

ABSOLUTE BEST TACO AND NACHOS in orlando!!! What makes it so great is that it’s unique and authentic. Chef John Calloway is absolutely genius! His food has the most amazing balance of flavors. For instance, the Black Rooster Nachos come with pinto beans, smoked kale and a fried egg…. And of course the perfectly cooked pork! We never have a pic to share of the nachos because my fiancée dives in and eats them too fast! Finish off the meal with some their unique representation of flan and it’s the perfect lunch or dinner! I heard they’re opening a new location soon…. YAY !!!!!
