Took long time to get drinks no silverware on table, we got some but then had to wait for more to be prepared we got appetizers before drinks or unrealistic. No serving plates given for apps. Then food was just fair lacked taste. Waitress forgot orders and had to be reminded about orders a few times and took a while to return with missing items. Card charged at least 3 different times.
Food arrived late, servers were not appropriately attentive to our order but were apologetic. Also, the meals were salty to taste.
Seated at 730. Wasnât greeted until 745. Water didnât arrive until 755. Pork was dry. Avocado egg rolls came out Burt. Manager didnât apologize or take ownership. This place has really gone downhill.
Our reservation was for lunch. Server was good. Food was great! I wish there was a BJs in Snellville,GA. We will visit once again before we leave.
I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken dinner. AMAZING. I ordered curbside and I'm so grateful for this option. It's so convenient and quick especially when you really need it. The food was DELICIOUS, hot and flavorful. Compliments to the chef!! It's a great serving of food too. I was able to save half for a meal the next day. Also, if you haven't had a Pizookie, you're missing out! The guy who brought out my food was so kind too! Offered to load the food in my car. WHAT GREAT SERVICE!
Gluten-free menu was exceptional. They really know what they’re doing. Our waiter, Jeremy, was top-notch and very attentive and friendly. Will be returning the next time we’re in Orlando.
Had a reservation for 6pm arrived at 540 . Said they would not sit us till our time , no one else was waiting and tables were open . Then a very loud and rude waitress walked by the hostess stand and yelled at her for everyone to hear “ Mitch has 17 tickets stop sitting tables for at least an hour ! Manager finally came out about 605 and got us a table and everything else went well until we ordered . No wings and then there was no crusted Parmigiana Chicken ! That’s unheard of since it’s one of your signature dishes . Our server was great !

We came in at 3pm and Madison greeted us at the bar. She was knowledgeable of the drink menu and made a few suggestions for appetizers. I asked her about BJs beers and what would go good with the food we were thinking of and she was extensively knowledgeable about proper pairings for our entrees. The food that came out was exceptional and filling. We will no doubt be back to give this restaurant our business because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as the delicious food.
Our server Alicia was amazing , food was great and within a minute we had our meal .
