I ordered BENTO through Uber Eats and it was delivered quickly and with all fresh items. I had the Gojuchang chicken bento box which was incredible. I didn't love the salad dressing as it was watery but everything else made up for it, including a veggie sushi roll.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Promoted BOGO deal, but when I saw my receipt, they charged me for the BOGO item. Then restaurant would not pick up phone in three attempts to amend, or cancel the order. Had to spend 50 min on phone to try to cancel, or get a partial refund on my order. Not impressive for Bento or Uber.
Honestly one of the best sushi places in Orlando, simple if you just wanna eat sushi or have a power bowl. Great bang for your buck
So my guy and I decided to try something new tonight. Well if I can offer anything to all of you… “Don’t try Bento”! We placed our order on the “Bento” website and when they messed up our order the girl tried to tell me I needed to fix it by calling this other number. Ummmmm… noooooo…. I didn’t make the mistake!!!! She should have offered to fix it for me! Needless to say we will NOT be ordering from there again!!!!!Btw… we have to wait for the GM to issue our refund because she was having computer issues and he is the only one that can fix it. Convenient!!!!! So we wait!!!!! So quick to take but never quick to give it back!!!!
Ordered tofu katsu, received chicken. Japanese curry was lacking in flavor
ordered through doordash - they're then called "lucky dragon" which is misleading. if i knew it was bento, i would have 100% not ordered because i hated it the one and only time i tried it previously.i wasn't impressed at all. their portions for the price are kinda sad. 4-6 pieces of heavily breaded and sauced chicken nuggets and raw bell peppers, with very bland white rice was $11. their "spicy yum yum" sauce is "sweet yuck yuck"... i think it's supposed to be the type of spicy mayonnaise sauce you get with sushi rolls, but it's just warm, very sugary mayo. it actually made me queasy. pork dumplings tasted bland, too. dipping sauce tastes like soy sauce and perfume, no heat from the szechuan.super underwhelmed.
Used to love this place. Now it's over $30 for two people to eat here. Not worth that
Sushi was super fresh. Will definitely order from this location again. There wasn’t enough dressing for the ginger salad but the sushi was so good to overpower that and still give them five stars.
Ordered for the first time.. a rice bowl and sushi. It arrived 20 minutes late and ice cold. The sushi was thrown all around the bowl. There was no wasabi or ginger which I assumed was common from all my sushi eating therefore I didn't request it. I am so disgusted and disappointed in my order and the $20 bucks I wasted. I keep calling but noone will answer and the line is constantly busy. Service has truly gone to hell which Is surprising since people couldn't work for almost 4 months
Delicious Chimichangas !!! Very generous on filling !! First time eating there, was Very Good, all condiments sealed separately, well done??
