First I should say normally my experiences here are positive, however...I picked up lunch to go for two including a curry bento box and a sushi roll. After walking back 2 blocks to the office I look down and notice curry had been leaking leaving a trail of delicious yellow goo down the sidewalk and my pants. I set the bag down, lifted off the sushi box (the end rolls had completely unraveled too) to find the top of the bento box smashed in the corner, leaving it wide open with no seal. It's like they threw the order together going for a speed-run record and then put someone else's heavy order on top of it. On the plus side now at least i have some scratch-n-sniff curry chino's.

I will say two things about this Bento location.1. Their takeout is about the worse thing I have ever seen. I waited a full 30 minutes longer than I was told it would be for my takeout order. But, that actually holds true for all three Bento locations I've ever done takeout at. So, a word of advice, if you're ordering takeout from a Bento, tell them you want to pick up the food 30 minutes before you actually want it. I'm not kidding.2. Once you finally get your food, Bento has the best quick service sushi in the entire Central Florida area. I do not remember what rolls I got that day, but you can check the picture to see how bright and vibrant they look. All of the seafood tasted fresh and had a good texture. The sauces and herbs they used were not too much, and complemented flavors well. And the little crunchy things they put on that one roll were genius. Sushi roll's biggest lacking sometimes is texture, so these flavorless little balls of crunch were perfect.Overall, four stars is the perfect way to describe this place. Not perfect, but still amazingly delicious.

Giving one star ONLY because the correct meal was comped. I ordered take out, food was incorrect. Not the first time I’ve been given chicken instead of tofu from this place. Called about it, correct meal was comped and I paid for the delivery so I wouldn’t have to drive over there again as the downtown location is a pain to get to. I live 10 minutes away and it is currently taking an hour for it to get here. The ETA keeps getting pushed back by 20 minutes.

It's a fast casual lunch spot that serves overcooked rice and noodle bowls and takes about 30 minutes to make a sushi roll. And it costs about $15 per person. There are better places. Like Chipotle.

I wish there was an option to rate this place 0 stars because I don’t believe it’s worthy of even 1 star! I visited this location on Sunday with my boyfriend and some friends. We all ordered our food and within about 5 minutes everyone’s food started coming out, besides mine. So I wait another 15 mins go by, still waiting, my friend approached the staff to ask what’s going on with my meal, he’s told it’ll only be a few minutes. Another 15 minutes go by, at this point everyone is almost done with their food. And I’m still waiting for mine, so I go ask the staff what’s going on and how much longer it might take. Mind you this whole time they have been filling to go orders and new orders coming in left and right, yet I’m still sitting there 30 minutes later waiting for food! When the food finally arrives we asked the “manager” what took so long and she told us they took so long because they were making fresh noodles and filling to go orders. I take 1 bite into my General Tso chicken and noodle bowl to find cold soggy, excessively oily, bottom of the barrel, probably day old noodles! After making me wait more than 30 minutes for my meal they have the nerve to serve me disgustingly old noodles when this whole time they said the hold up was them making “fresh” noodles. At this point I don’t even have an appetite because of how disgusted I am with their service and the quality of the food. I approached the staff to voice my concerns and was met with attitude from both the guy rolling sushi at the time and the “manager”. I asked for a refund which they provided with a side of attitude of course. What she should have really done is taken care of the whole bill to compensate for their horrible service. There was no concern, no apology, no explanation, no effort to make things right. The “manager” was so annoyed to even be bothered with this issue. And I put the word “manager” in quotations because she may have held the title but she was far from what a true manager embodies. I would strongly suggest re training her along with your entire staff on what hospitality is.Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste time or your money going here.

My family and I have eaten at this location a few times. We went tonight, and I was really looking forward to trying out their coconut curry dish. The non spicy version was ordered, but spicy was given instead. Near finishing the meal, a bodily hair was found embedded in the rice. Will not be returning to this location.

Went here yesterday to try something different for lunch as I heard great things about this place, to find myself home from workToday very sick from the food. Not even after an hour of eating the teriyaki bowl I ordered, I have been in the bathroom sick ever since.I don’t recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a sensitive stomach !I can’t express how bad my stomach hurts from eating here. Never again.

Service was nice, hence the 2 stars food not so great. My wife had the Wonk shrimp fried rice and it tasted burnt.I had the udon soup and while it was't bad it was lacking that umami flavor.

Ordered 3 wok fried rice bowls with chicken.. everything was incredibly soft and oily — enough I could mound it into the bowl and it wouldn’t budge after. Shortly after eating some, my partner, my friend and I felt ill and had reported it to the manager, who gave us our money back without hesitation.. really disappointed it turned out like that after spending literally 50$+ on those 3 combo meals. Tasted like reheated Tai Pei chinese from Walmart. If you get easily stomach sick don’t risk trying this place.

The sushi was fresh and tasted so good! The TNT roll is my favorite you will love it if you like spicy tuna ?
