The waitress was amazing and did everything to make up for the mess up in the beginning. I had a reservation for 10 people and when i got there i had to add 2. We sat down and had no room and the host said i never asked for 2 more chairs. Well we couldnât sit there and and had to move and 2 people had to eat with there plates on there lap because the table couldnât fit us at all.
First off donât bother making a reservation because they seat walk-ins in between reservations and it causes you to get seated an hour later from your reservation. After being seated it took 25 minutes for the server to even bring us water. That one the chef started cooking it seemed like it was more concerned about what was going on at other tables and didnât try it all to give the experience that people expect from a hibachi restaurant. The chef couldnât even do a standard choo-choo train. He did very little to entertain or engage with customers. We had to tell him that he forgot soy sauce in the rice as he was starting to serve it so he had to redo it. He left the table 3 times to go get items. As previous restaurant owners ourselves I highly suggest a change in management at this location.. we are Florida residents and come to Orlando often unfortunately we will not be coming to this location any longer. He was constantly complaining about his job and also told one customer who wanted their steak well done why she wanted it well done in trade to joke by saying he would have to microwave it because he had to get to another table embarrassing the customer. It was an eight-year-old girl at our table celebrating her birthday with her parents you would think he would have engage a bit more to entertain the child and did nothing even after I pulled him aside and told him that it was a little girls birthday.. save your money and go someplace else
Fantastic Dining experience my whole family really enjoyed it Plenty of food and really tasty too
Even though we made a reservation it was a 45 minute wait.
Had a 7:15 reservation, arrived at 6:50 and checked in, didnât get seated until 7:50. Dinner was great, our server Antonio was awesome and our chef Mike was so much fun. The one downside was when we went to use the restroom one faucet was broken (the handle was laying in the sink) and both faucets were covered in limescale buildup. When I left the bathroom I told the hostess and she was like we know itâs broken, and I reiterated that the handle was laying in the sink and she was like yeah they are tying to figure out what to do. It was really disappointing to find the bathroom in that condition but even more disappointing the staff didnât seem to care and didnât seem to be actively trying to do anything about it.
I had a reservation and i was there right on time. But they kept us waiting for 45 mins.
Very slow. We booked a reservation with an hour and a half until we needed to leave for an event. We barely had our meat cooked before needing to leave. The chef behind us came after ours and was done and leaving when we were. Food just had an ok flavor. This was our second time here but it will be our last.
Justin was a great chef!! We had a great experience, we will return !!
The restaurant took more than one hour to get our table ready. It was my birthday and I was devastated. The restaurante is very irresponsible. It has to take better care of its clients and pay more respect to them. Ok
We dined with a lovely server, Jeffrey and he was training another team member. Jeffrey was incredible and was on top of EVERYTHING. The trainee was awesome too! She was so helpful and clearly is catching on quickly! Perhaps, itâs her great trainer! Haha Our chef was (forget his name, but know it started with an âIâ) He was one of the best chefs weâve had and we go to Benihana very often back home in SoCal, so we know an excellent chef when we see one! Super personable, great âshowâ on the grill and the food was AMAZING!! We may need to come back before our vacation is over just so we can have another great experience like that again!!
