Apparently they can’t make it without some of the stuff that comes on them. Not replace any of it even if you can’t eat certain things. Their food comes the way it comes. They won’t tell you that either until after you pay. So I hope no one is allergic to certain things or don’t like certain things on their Bao bend taco things. I am in such disbelieve how it’s so difficult. On another note they are severely small, and look nothing like the menu pictures. The toppings is only two pieces of shredded cucumber on everything. Worst service and just ridiculous portion for the price. These should be like .50 cents to a $1 per thing. So stupid. I don’t see this place lasting very long at all.
Higher prices for not a lot of food, and it's more of a Bao taco than a real Bao but at least they're up front with that. I got the shrimp and the beef brisket baos, and they were delicious. Brisket was a little dry. Much shorter wait time than the fast food places around it but still takes a minute as he steams the bao to order
A hidden gem. Went here because other places had way too long lines, ended up coming back here the next day to try other flavors. It was good! Small taco like but in a bun, nice flavors. Two is plenty if you're a normal/light eater, otherwise I suggest getting 3. All taste good. Try it.
Not happy. One small bun is about $10 apparently. We ordered 4 items, and got three tiny buns and that was it. So pretty expensive appetizer and had to go Panda Express across the way so we didn’t starve. Had high hopes initially and fell way short.
yummy! came here to eat after a long day at islands of adventure since all the in park restaurants were closed. wait time was short, it was reasonably priced given universal’s pricing. got the duck and pork belly, both were great and the bread was amazing. definitely try after a day in the parks
Had dinner at this place after most of the restaurants in the Islands of Adventure park were closed or about to close. The person manning the register was nice and the wait was very short. The steamed bread was delightful and scrumptious (the best I’ve had) and the fillings were delectable. My friends and I loved to eat here!
Flavorless, small, and the people that work there are unpleasant at best. Pricing is absurd and be careful of being further over charged. Order in quantities of 3 otherwise you'll be charged in full for qtys of 2 (2 for 12, vs 3 for 16.50, 4.50 per additional bao). It was a joke of a meal and overall great way to kill the start or end of your day.
The best snack in the whole universal . So delicious so yummy! The dark one and pork belly one or the best - Oh My Gosh juicy and flavorful soooo good. Must- try in citywalk. Chinese style street food. So delicious i can eat3-4 by myself. Kid can eat 1-2~ Also the karaoke spot rising star is the other best fun spot in citywalk universal
Not sure why all the mediocre reviews. My wife and I loved it. The pork belly was my favorite but the duck was also very good. Price wasn’t terrible considering the location and the quality of the food was excellent. I would recommend this to someone who wants a quick bite. I hope to return and try the other menu items soon.
Tasty but very small portions for the price, even for theme park adjacent dining. The pork belly was really good, the veggie was just ok. I'd get it for a quick lunch but definitely not substantial enough for dinner.
