I submitted my request online. The owner Bel contacted me to discuss my order preference. I was looking for a character cake for my grandson's birthday. I was not familiar with the character even though i was able to find a google photo (i wasn't sure she would be able to create the character) Bell took the time to email me me a couple photo options that she had created for this same character. We set a date and time for pickup. I was even able to change the date to accomodate the pickup. My grandson loved the cake. It looked just like the picture and was quite tasty too.Very pleased with the service and products. I would use Bell's Cake house again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Great job, great cake design and flavor. She helped me within 48 hours to get a cake for my wife; from out of town on vacation. And it was a hit. Highly recommend. This is a real review. Lol. Seriously, great business and cake designer.

Bel makes the best cakes I ever tasted in my life. She always makes my birthday cake every year and I wouldn’t trust that job to anyone else and definitely not resort to store bought. Worth every penny!!!!
