This was by far the worst dinner I have had in Disney throughout all of my many Disney trips. The best part about this dinner was the stale bread and butter. The food wasn’t cooked very nicely, poor cuts of meat, and not enough food per plate. I ordered a milk chocolate Mickey cake and was delivered a white chocolate cake. Effort was very low here, and to top it off, the beast character came out EXACTLY the same way with the same song and bow EVERY 30 MINUTES. i was there for almost an hour and a half and saw his entrance and exit 3 times. He is the only character you see as well. Overall, save your money and go anywhere else for food. Not worth it at all.
Oh, Oh, Oh! How can I describe how amazing an experience this was. Took my boyfriend, wanted to treat him to a very nice sit down meal. The food was a set price, appetizer, entree & dessert. Not a bad price at all. Everything was delicious, the lobster bisque was creamy and I had to have a second bowl. The filets were succulent and the right temperature. Yes! The Grey stuff was Delicious!!!!!The Beast came out and danced a little, everyone held character, we truly had an enchanting time. These moments… are totally worth the coin drop.Forever A.P. Holder! <3Please check this place out, it’s definitely worth it.
I was able to get an early dinner reservation 3:20 pm we arrived 5 min early. Out let table was not ready until 40 minutes after. Mind you kids were starving as they were exited to go and eat here. We finally got seated, appetizers and entrees were not what we expected! small amounts for the price they charge and tasted horrible(60+ adults 30+ kids ) . Kids didn’t even finished their food as it was horrible neither did the adults as to me it was awful. Mind you, lunch and dinner menus were the same. Our waiter, had a bad attitude no patience and would leave the table when we were mid sentence on making our orders. Honestly save your money and eat somewhere else where food will taste better and the server is actually happy to be there!
Only gave 1 star because of the castle atmosphere. The filet came out way over cooked . The waitress was eager to replace . The quality of the meat and flavor was very low . Expected much better quality for the price . The lobster bisque had no lobster and tasted like it came out of a can . This was our 2nd time visiting the restaurant. The breakfast was also very disappointing we tried it when the restaurant first opened . We won’t be going back for a third time .
This was our first trip to Disney and therefore our first to Be Our Guest and we loved it! Yes, it’s expensive but you know that going in. We found the food (French onion soup, meats & cheeses, chicken and fillet mignon) to be very good. For us, my daughter and myself especially, it was all about the experience and that alone made it more than worthwhile. The castle setting is simply stunning. This is a must do for any Beauty and the Beast fan!
The atmosphere is amazing. The building is gorgeous and the staff are friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food leaves a LOT to be desired. Ingredients were overcooked (fish, chicken breast, filet mignon) or had been sitting too long (even the rolls were stale). I expected more from a Disney restaurant at one of the best rated and most expensive dining experiences at Disney.
I loved it. We asked for the west wing and were able to be sat here. Lots to see. We were sat off to the side. Some people sat by the rose or the picture were having to eat with people coming in and taking pictures constantly. I wouldn’t of liked that, but it’s the price you pay to have a good seat. The Beast only walks in and bows. The price is high but you should know that going into it. Good memories!!
Two in our party ordered the filet and they enjoyed. I ordered fish and it was dry and not hot. French onion soup tasted sweet. Service was slow. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was never acknowledged despite the hostess asking if we were celebrating anything. If the bill was half as much, I would be okay, but way too overpriced. Atmosphere was not worth it.
I was able to obtain a 10:00 am reservation two days prior to our visit. Granted it’s an early lunch but it was well worth it. We were greeted by name upon entering (think Disney cruise line) and seated in the ballroom (parties of two are placed along the wall) Our server was pleasant and informative. The meal was delightful, tasty and filling. . The ambiance was great and you are encouraged to explore. The experience was lovely.
Food is pretty good, service was good but nothing could justify charging $62 dollars per person. We brought our family (7 total) and with tax and gratuity it came to $511. FOR LUNCH. Skip it.
