Well this is our Food Truck number 22 so far to try out.i love food trucks, they tend to be a better way to enjoy different foods and their unique flavor without corporate guiding you how to standardize food for profits only.this time was the time for baraos, located infeont of HomeDepot narcoossee rd.the access is a little tricky since you need to pass the truck to the nearest entrance.is a food truck done the right way, good and cozy ambiance, outdoor lights, CLEAN TABLES. and this lady took the time to even level the geound with some concrete fundation so tables are stable and looks simply better.they also offer delivery service thru a 3rd party company like uber eats thing. for those days you coming late from work and you are stuck on traffic so it can be delivered at home.i tried something call “Pepito” and and a Burger.quality is there, pepito got amazing pieces of chopped beef, and the burger and pepito were done on premium bread. was like made minutes before.the have at least 6 different sauces to choose from, bacon, corn, hot sauces etc.some improve areas i would are 2- Fries: you probably will be disappointed with the size of the portion, however i guess here in the US we are used to size vs quality, and in reality the fries was a decent size since the main food was the burger and the pepito.i barely finished the burger sincenit was massive, so i guess there is a reason on the portion of the fries…Anorher thing i wish they had regular fries and not seasoned , the flavor of Pepito and burguer is outstanding and the seasoned fries does not complement….. you can see im a fries guy ?.- Lastly is pricing, with the rise of inflation is understandable that is difficult to have enough margins to keep up a successful business with that kind of quality. If the owner can redu e a little bit im pretty sure she can make it up on the volume of sales. Our bill was $42 for a Pepito plus a Burger and 1 drink plus tax and 13% tip for the girls. If you dont mind to pay more for quality and you will have it here ar Baraos.
Expensive and little food for the price. Taste is ok.
Food was amazing!!!!
The Pepito Español was Amazing and the Tequeños the flavor taste like butter unbelievable flavor we hope to come back soon ?the only thing is the time that we had to wait was like 30 minutes…. The Tequenos with cafe con leche is the perfect combination ?

Really good place with traditional Venezuelan street food, pepitos are pretty good. I tried the California one and I like it. They also offer burgers, hotdogs and kids meal. I definitely will try again.
