A waiter or manager came to get a large group in front of us to seat them in the back. He had to have seen us, yet no acknowledgement, no "someone will be right with you" as one would reasonably expect. After waiting a few minutes, I went and looked for someone who would seat us and saw the guy who had escorted the group writing on a board. He seemed focused on that, so I asked another server nearby where we should sit and if there was a preferred place for us to sit where servers are working. She seemed bothered by the question and told us to sit anywhere, that a server would see and attend to us. We sat and waited. Still no service, not even a greeting. We tried to download the menu while we waited. The link didn't work though we tried several times from different phones. To make matters worse, it was uncomfortably hot as if the AC wasn't working. Still no service. It's not as if they had a full house. It was pretty empty actually. Hmmm...that should've been our first clue. I wonder if their food is so good they feel they can slack in service.
Bourbon BBQ Burger
The best food and service I have had in a long time!. I was visiting from South Florida and I had sliders with onion marmalade and fries. Ths sliders cooked medium like I asked and the fries where crispy and fluffy inside. May seem like simple stuff, however good cooks in the kitchen have been hard to come by. I also had an excellent Very Berry cocktail. I will keep my eye out for Bar Louis
Loved this place so much went there 3 times in 2 days. Great food, excellent drinks, amazing atmosphere and some of the hottest servers I've EVER seen. Plus Cam was the world's best server!
Been here several times because I love the happy hour deals. Cheaper drinks and appetizers! When everything is full price it is less appealing to me, but still a fun atmosphere and not too bad of prices. A great after work spot, but expect it to be pretty busy here with it being across from UCF.

Service started off great! Our server was very attentive at first and brought us drinks quickly. However, when it came to our food, we waited for about an hour. Our server hadn’t come back to check on us or told us there would be a long wait since placing our food order. At that point, we went to find our server and we noticed they were serving food to a HUGE party that had arrived about 20-30 minutes ago. Our server apologized about our wait and told us that our food should be right up. The food came out about 5 minutes after we asked them what was going on. We’re pretty sure that our food had just been sitting at the kitchen for a long time and forgotten about. Our food tasted soggy, like they had just microwaved it for us so it was warm again.At that time, I also told our server to cancel the second drink I had ordered with our food. They seemed kind of confused and just said okay. Pretty sure they forgot to place the order for my drink.What annoyed me the most is that our server apologized for the wait since they had been “dealing with a large party that had come BEFORE us.” We had seen that big party walk in way after we had arrived.Wouldn’t come back here again.Service AND food were just POOR.Haven’t had this bad of a service and food in a while.Pictured is my soggy beef slider with the tiniest amount of garlic aioli.

We ate there early in the morning as part of a business lunch. The food looked mostly like it was reheated which was kind of a shameEspecially the chicken Parm sandwich. The buns were old crunchy and soggy at the same time. The sauce they used on it looked like it was very much old sauce that had slightly dried up and then re heated.The apps came out pretty cold too. The spinach dip was cold and has the hardened top layer that cheese gets when it's left out for a while, the cheese dip was cold and even the fried pickles were not hot. Even the loaded tots were barely warm.Not sure what's going on later in the day when the kitchen is up and running and things are hopefully made fresh, but the morning kitchen was sadly not impressive at all. I would be skeptical to try this place again later in the day but I wouldn't be entirely opposed to it.
Let me just start by saying Rob is freaking awesome! best customer service I have ever had! He definitely needs a raise! Drinks were awesome and food was good! Definitely ask for rob! ??
