Today my daughter turned 16! She wanted a cake themed after her favorite video game. Not only did the cake exceed our expectations, it was phenomenal. Our party guests were blown away by how the cake turned out! Bake Station Orlando has absolutely earned a repeat customer for life.
She did a wonderful job on my daughter’s birthday cake. We were visiting from Los Angeles so I was A bit nervous if I could find someone to do the exact design I wanted but she did a wonderful job. Thank you!
This cake exceeded my expectations in appearance and taste. Alin was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend and would order from her again.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. We had inquired about delivery, but decided against it, and the chef knew we were going to pick up instead. Naturally, we assumed that the address for pickup was for the address listed on Google. If there was another address to pick up at, she should have specified that information when the pickup was confirmed that morning. Drove 40 minutes to the location on Google and stood outside waiting for 15 minutes in the rain, and had no way of contacting the business other than through the phone number we submitted the deposit with. Had to drive an additional 20 minutes in the rain to her pickup the cake at her home. She does not have a credit card reader, and the cake does not come with a box to cover the top, just the bottom of the cake and some of the sides. The worst part was the lack of accountability and attitude this woman showcased. She cut me off when I tried to communicate about the address discrepancy and spoke condescendingly to me, repeatedly saying “I know, I know” and blamed my sister, when it was the shop’s fault for not providing an accurate address. She also kept referring to my sister’s age in a condescending manner in conversations afterwards, which is entirely unprofessional and unnecessary. She was trying to discredit a paying costumer who was unhappy by referencing her age from her birthday cake. Zero respect for the client whatsoever. Lastly, she claimed she “would not accept our money” for the remaining balance of the cake, then emailed asking for it afterwards. We had no problem paying for the cake, she did good work, but her attitude was extremely off putting and inconsistent. Very confusing and weird interaction. If you care at all for professionalism, I would avoid this place at all costs. This is not a real bakery, only someone posing as one.UPDATE: Within an hour of posting my review, five new 5 star reviews popped up within minutes of each other. She was fraudulently either writing reviews for herself or recruiting friends. Fraudulent reviews online and an address that doesn’t lead to an actual bakery…. You should avoid her. If she had the capacity to delete my review, she would’ve. Writing a bunch of additional, fake reviews when you get a bad one completely negates the integrity of reviewing any establishment in the first place.
Absolutely love Bake Station! I have gotten a cake 3 times and every single time was perfect! I will only use Bake Station!

I recently got a chocolate mousse cake Bake Station Orlando for my friends bay. Honestly, Its the best cake I ever had. Not an exaggeration.
The cake was perfect! I wanted an Amazon cake made for my friend for her birthday. I sent the owner a picture of the idea I had and she helped me customized it. She was so easy to work with. We communicated mostly through text. Would definitely work with her again.Note: She works out of her home. There is no bake shop in Baldwin Park.
