Good food overall, super nice server. Clean friendly place. Chain all the way...which was known but they excel on making this obvious ;) Would go back and would like to get Petra again!
The food and the service was good.
It was my bday, my father ordered a rib but he didn’t like cause there wasn’t meat at all on the top only bones and it was too burned
They were very accommodating when our party grew larger than our original reservation. Our server was great and the staff often checked in to see how we were doing.
Our waitress Courtney was so nice and friendly. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I would recommend to friends.
Waiter not attentive
Food was delicious! We had the chicken tostones and chicken and shrimp jerk pineapple bowls. Everything was nicely seasoned and we had a good time.

Super Good
One of the worst experiences. Was asked if a high top table was okay. I said no, due to the fact two of the four of us are under 5’4” and I am also recovering from a surgery. People who are under a certain height can understand. Hostess did not like that we declined the high top. Several people had to come over to figure out where to place us. When we got seated it took a bit for the waitress to come take our drink order. After our order was taken we were told the drink mix wasn’t ready. However, two tables seated after us received the same drinks we had ordered. Our replacement drinks took a long time as well. Our food took forever to come out when other tables seated after received theirs first. Should not take almost 2 hours to eat lunch.
