We usually like this location of Auntie Anne's at CityWalk; however, this time was a bad experience. Staff were rude. There were items just finished cooking but we were told they "weren't ready" and they didn't know how long it would be. Then they walked away without even offering anything else already finished from the cases. Chalking it up to them having a bad day.
Terrible value here. The pretzel dog are so expensive and suppose to come with chips but they didn’t give me any chips and reduce price by 10 cents. Skip this place
Stopped here once since they opened the stand, and now every time we come to Universal my kids immediately bee line here. The pizza pretzel is delicious!
Great day! Fantastic pretzels ? and pretzel dog! Staff was amazing ?
I dont know why it is do low rated when I went in 2017/2019 it was a really good pretzel place. They were really really nice and I thoroughly enjoyed eating at there. I don't know if it has changed but I really loved it
Overpriced out of all the other ones I have been to. It wasn’t fresh either, not a good first impression for the price.
Got here at 9:49 pm and paid good money (1.29 for cheese and 6.99 for a pretzel). They should have given it for free since it was cold and hard. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed since I love pretzels.
It's okay not at all cheap as you can see by the photos.
we had the dining pass and got a regular pretzel and a cinnamon sugar pretzel, both were great and short wait time
What a shocking morning. This is our 4th morning in Orlando and we have had amazing service everywhere until this morning. My child is autistic & like many autistic people he is very picky about what he eats. He loves Auntie Anne’s pretzel bites and wanted that for breakfast. As ASD parents know when your ASD child chooses something they want to eat they will not accept an alternative, if they can’t have it they will not eat. So we arrived at the Auntie Anne’s in City Walk this morning at 9:02. The TripAdvisor site says they open at 8 but they were still closed. We could see the girl working inside but when we tried to ask what time they opened we don’t think she could hear us. We really needed those bites so we waited. Finally at 9:15 she opened. She completely ignored us. I asked what time they opened, she ignored us. I asked if it would be a while to make the pretzel bites, she ignored us. She then stated it would be a while because her register “had to warm up”. Ok... we continued to wait. We could see pretzel bites in the display window but thought perhaps they were just for display. I then asked if she could please let us know an estimated time on pretzel bites, again she ignored us. At this point I asked her why she was being so rude to us? She then stated she was calling a manager over, which I was relieved! She then preceded to slam the oven and throw the tongs multiple times. We had done nothing to her it was so bizarre. The manager came over, was very nice, took the 2 pretzel bites out of the display window and checked us out in under a minute. Thank God for the manager!
