They close up line ...open on other side ....and take customers not on the line they just closed ...then when we speak up 4teenagers that were there just started laughing and very disrespectful.
Best tasting cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites. We got a soda also. Was very tasty.
Wow! Where do I begin? After another Auntie Anne’s location cancelled on my client 4 days before her wedding day I had to quickly come up with a plan! I called the Florida Mall location and spoke with John! He is absolutely amazing and turned a very negative experience into such a positive one. He assured me they would fix this problem and make it happen so my clients could have the pretzels they paid for! Thank you John for being so amazing, and making this happen for us! Best location ever!!!

Very disappointed ...guy at counter sneezed didnt cover face then picked up my pretzel and put it in the little white thing no gloves ....love the food but that Is GROSS
Good pretzels
We had the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. Not bad. The fellow said we only have large available after my wife asked for a small of course that is funny to me since all he had to do was take the large and put half of it in the small cup and there you go you have a small. Anyway, the cream cheese frosting was a little disappointing; I would avoid buying that in the future - not a lot of flavor.
Auntie Anne's is the worse place to work at.... The employee don't get any break what so ever... the manager treats and threaten the employee about there jobs.... how do I know I just got fire because I was working a 10 hour shift with no break and I didn't want to stay an extra hour..... lol fall mall auntie Anne's pretzels sucks BOOOOOO
I have to say they got the nicest pretzel 😊
Service was rude and unfriendly. The item I wanted wasn't available for another hour. Staff was concerned about life not customers.
