I had a great experience. The girl at the cash register was so sweet and explained everything to me. This was my first time and I loved it. The mini dogs were hot and fresh and my daughters pretzel was soft. I will definitely come back.
La peor tienda para visitar, customer service is the worst, from management until employees. They are supposed to open at 11am they where late like 20min and thats fine, things happen beyond our control and that I can understand. But the faces, the rudeness towards customers is unacceptable. I was 1 of the 5 people in line and tha manager pass twice and didn't approach any of the customers to apologize for being late or anything. Besides that when they finally open that people were ordering the employee that was taking orders was complaining of the people ordering. And with a really nasty face and attitude towards the customers.
The worst Auntie Anne’s location I’ve ever been to. They automatically assume that you want a large, and then say you have to wait 25 minutes for a small. THEN they say they can’t give you a small because it’s against company policy. The cashier on 12/05 at approximately 3:45 PM with a Hijab on was extremely rude, as well as a young lady with pink colored hair and braces. She brushed me off and started to take the next customer before I even could finish my order. This type of customer service should not be allowed, As a huge company, Auntie Anne’s should really double check the employees they hire. Those two young ladies should be FIRED for how rude they were. That whole location is completely unprofessional. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. That’s how disgusting they treat you there. HORRIBLE !
The pretzel was burn. I don’t recommend to get them here. In other stores from the same brand the pretzel was delicious.

Mini pretzel dogs were awesome. Sooooo disappointed in the franchise as a whole because they discontinued the raisin pretzel which is my wife and I favorite.

Just because you were understaffed does not mean that you have to be rude. I made an order on Uber eats and the wait time would be 40 minutes to an hour which I did not mind. They took 40 minutes to make my order, then close the store when my Pick up person came ON TIME. I called to see what was going on. They said that they were understaffed and that my order was sitting there for an hour, which it wasn’t. When I asked to talk to a manager, the person who answered the phone hung up on me
