Honestly I wish I can give them a zero star. This is not my first time with them, I have been a customer for years. Despite it all they still keep trying me. I have given them so many chances, and I am tired of them. One I order at 11 to be picked up at 2. We showed up at 2 and the food wasn’t ready. We had to waste our whole lunch break waiting for the food. Second we order three Patte and it was nothing but dough, they were cricket, not well cooked, nor fresh.third I order a legume, you can tell the meat was an over night meat. It was dry as hell. So I call them and listing what is wrong. She basically lie to my face saying “ I never told you it will be ready at 2” I had to remind her of the conversation and her response was “ what do you want me to say”No apology, no compensation, or even come bring it back we’ll make it right. This place has no fresh food, no customer service, no boundaries. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on
