I’ve been a big fan, and regular diner, at 4 Rivers since they opened the first location in Winter Park, it this was a very disappointing experience at the University restaurant. They were out of a couple of the sides I wanted and my wife’s “lean” brisket sandwich was half fat. They have also switched over to Pepsi products, which I dislike and the root beer was out of syrup in the drink dispenser. The buns on the sandwiches are smaller than the originals, and really too small for a normal sandwich as these prices. The sweet potato casserole and the smoked turkey was good as always, but only getting 50% of the meal done right is just not good enough.

This place is amazing. Bottomless pit of a teen made us come back for a second meal. The brisket is tender and moist. The mac n cheese is creamy and the corn bread is amazing. Definitely coming back on our next trip to the area.

First, we ordered delivery and everything arrived well packaged and tasty. The pulled pork sliders were plump and delicious. The briskets sliders were loaded and also delicious. The sauces are good and not too overpowering. Cornbread is sweet with a hint of a jalapeño bite. The baked beans are sweet with honey and very good. The green beans were very tasty. Sweet potatoes casserole was good. We will definitely try another delivery and dine in.

I'll just start by saying that my Uncle works for this company although I'm not sure what location. However, the time that I've had this food was when the catered food for my grandmother's repast. Everyone loved the food! Today was the first time that I ordered on my own. I got the burnt ends platter, with mac and cheese, baked beans and corn. Before leaving the restaurant I checked my bag and it literally looked like there was a corner of meat in the container. I went back to the counter and told the girl, she weighed it and it was determined that they didn't give me the right portion. When I got to my car, I took the food out the bag to eat. The burnt ends was cold and dry, the cornbread was cold the mac and cheese was watery!! The corn & baked beans were the only things that was was hot and tasty. This was a complete waste of money and I am very disappointed.

Great BBQ! The ribs are fantastic along with the brisket. My wife's uncle gets a full brisket for Thanksgiving from here periodically and everyone always lines up to make sure they get a slice or four. The pulled pork and burnt ends were also delicious. The fried okra is some of the best I've ever had. I can't believe it took me so many years to finally go to a 4 Rivers location but I'm sure glad it finally happened.

This place has never failed me yet! Their meats are always on point, and the staff is very helpful. I'm here a couple times a month, and love their Mac, smoked sausage, chicken, brisket... even their fries have AMAZING flavor! I order delivery, take out, and sit in at this place, and they always make my stomach happy!P.s. their desserts ?????? so delicious!!!

Definitely glad we stopped here. The good first -The pulled pork was probably THE best I have ever had. EVER! With the perfect amount of smoke and the meat just melted in my mouth. The sliced turkey was moist and most places it gets dried out but this was not. There was a layer of fat around it that could have al least been cut off before served but over all good.Atmosphere was great. You could sit inside and there was plenty of covered seating with a soda fountain and all the condiments you need outside. The mac n cheese had a creamy texture and the noodles weren't overcooked and mushy. The place was super clean. They have their own bakery. Which looked like a lot of goodies however we did not have any.The sauces were clearly labeled so you knew what you were getting ready to taste. The not so good ~Upon arrival they were not busy. We had never been here so it would have been nice if one of the 5 workers would have asked if we had questions or offered suggestions. The fries and okra were barely warm. And that was disappointing. The fries had the perfect hint of seasoning on them but just were not fresh.Burnt ends. They had a great sauce on them - a little sweet and a little spice bit not too much. However most of the half pound that i ordered was dried out. They were cubes of meat and were almost hardnas rocks. I was bummed by this because you very rarely find burnt ends on menus down here and I was excited.Overall, I would go back if someone with me wanted to go, I just would order differently.

Got an early dinner after arriving in Orlando from Dulles airport. The staff are mostly UCF students, which is the reason we were visiting (I'm a future Knight in fall 2022). They were friendly and there are lots of menu options. The food was tasty, but we wished it was a bit warmer. The cornbread was the only thing we didn't care for. The dark meat chicken was our favorite. The bread pudding is so good, definitely get that as a side!

Love this BBQ location. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious and employees are friendly. I ordered dinner for the family as a takeout. I got my son the hot dog and Mac and cheese, which he loved. My wife got a bowl off the inflation menu (so funny). I ordered the brisket platter which i believe there brisket and signature sauce is one of a kind. Definitely recommend.

Great place to have lunch or dinner….awesome service and will be back cuz you can’t beat great service ❤️
