Zaxby’s at Blanding and Kingsley chicken was fresh and that is we’re it stopped.spent 54 dollars on goons and we ordered two 4 piece chicken fingers double fries ,one 5 pc and one 6 pc chicken fingers. Everyone was a four count and double fries was fries and coleslaw.good food just hire kids that can’t read a order ticket or count fingers even though they have five fingers on there hands SO Weird. So before you leave the register or the drive thru window check your order.
Horrible experience!.. was told in the drive thru there would be a 6 minute wait and to pull forward never got my drink or even my receipt.. after about 25 minutes I came in to see and they said they would bring it out after watching multiple cars come and go finally one of the workers comes and ask what I ordered after about and hour I had to just get a refund!
I have never in my 45 years had a worse experience in a restaurant than may 27, 2022 at this location. I went in the drivethru because they are the only restaurant left that has the dining room closed due to covid but ok. So the drive thru was busy so I expected longer than normal times and I was ok with that. At the window the manager is arguing with an employee apparently sending her home and i paid and was swnt to park in the nimymber 2 skot. As I sat in the number 2 slot I watched 1,3,4,5,6, and 7 get their food. The poor manager I could tell the last thing he wanted to do was come tell me they didn't have my food after a solid hour of waiting but headed on out and did just that so an hour and 15 minutes later I got my food and a comped meal next time but I'm scared of a repeat performance it was total breakdown of whatever system they have of getting food out the window complete breakdown and failed. On a positive note my food was fresh hot and very good so that was nice but once you comit to the drive-thru your there for the duration to turn out no refunds.. the pictures I'm posting are of the chaos behind the counter and of all the cars they took money from and parked in exile. If I could give a zero I would, if I could make them owe me a couple stars I woule
What a nice place to take the family and eat. The staff is friendly and surprisingly young. Always happy to see the young move forward in life and provide great hospitality and service to their guest.
My Cobb salad had no egg or bacon. Had to go back to counter to get it fixed. They gave me both missing items.
Always love the food. Service is pretty good. Have only been disappointed due to items being unavailable. Sad that the chips were discontinued though.
Im so sad to have to post this as zaxby is my favorite place to eat. We come here almost every Thursday. We do an online order and sometimes the food is good. However the last few times we have went it's been a mess. We had an order last night we didn't get the cheddar bites we ordered, we have to fight about the sauces almost everytime even though it's right on the order what we ask for, and last night my dad and I got the 8 boneless wings all to get home and we both had 5. The food was cold and it's so disappointing to spend the amount of money we do here not to have our order correct. Almost everytime we come we have to correct something. It's almost worth going to the zaxby by NAS JAX. I really hope this zaxby can get it together
you claim your lobby is closed due to Covid... But yet every single other business, Restaurant, Fast food location is open inside and drive thru,... Every single one. Only thing i have encountered at other locations are shorter hours sometimes due to lack of staff. The drive thru lane can take over a half hour to get thru and 95% of the time once you pay they tell you to park. OPEN UP THE LOBBY... Enough of this "Closed for Covid" nonsense...
I usually have a awesome experience until Sunday night at 10:18 pm when the lights went out on the building while ordering a traditional wing and things with barbecue sauce. The only thing on point was the coke. The rest of the cold meal lack volume (8 fries)and no barbecue sauce. I want advise no one to go to this location.
Lovely experience in the long lines stretching to the next road. Just for a salad or some grilled cheese...
