Listen, I order here all the time. This order today I made online and had my husband pick up and he didn't check it. When he got home we were missing half the order, but the mgr was very professional and respectful and he corrected my order right away when I came back.Thank you very much for your hard work.
These people at this location is rude. And all the while what I assumed is the manager was eating not giving a care how his employees are. It’s a shame because it doesn’t take much to speak back or make sure your boxes or cups isn’t dirty when giving them out. And if I didn’t have my kids waiting for me snatching something from me would have went a total different way for you
That’s my second time going there and my wings/ boneless was over cooked. I bought the boneless wings for my kids and some was like rocks and my fries was burnt up after waiting a long time my kids had to pick thru for the good ones smh. I didn’t call back up there bc I don’t want a refund or another meal. I will never go back there!
First time and definitely my last time. Food prep takes forever and watched one of the workers licking their fingers then touching another costumers food. Disgusted, never again.
Had the mild wings and you might as well say that i had flavorless Wings, it could use seasoning. The fries was disgusting and it was the seasoned fries. Never again!!
Angel was completely rude and unhelpful. I tried to call about food missing from my order, and all she continued to say was everything was marked and in the bag. When it was not marked correctly or things missing. I wasn't trying to cause issue was just trying to see if there was anything left.
They were great !!!!!! The atmosphere was awesome, the customer service was outstanding, the food was phenomenal and the manager Frank along with his staff tonight were great.... Those thighs were cooked to perfection. I will definitely return whenever I have the taste for wings and I'm driving from St. Augustine....
I called in my order at 8:12pm. Wait time was 45mins! I accepted that. When I arrived there at 9:02pm my order wasn't even cooked at all.LAST but not least the person waited on me didn't even have the audacity to address the issue after she noticed the PROBLEM she just took the next customer in line and did not follow up with me! I had to ask another associate about it! Its a bunch of kids in there just want a job but do not want to put in the work. They don't even deserve 1 star. POOR SERVICE!!
The DMV has better customer service than this location. Find wings somewhere else because this place is a complete waste of time and money
Food was ok, but drenched in sauce, very slow, ordered and paid online, waited until past pickup time to head over….still waited in an empty lobby for 10 minutes. Manager (?) (dressed in polo unlike the rest) was smoking cigarettes right outside the door hem hawing with someone eating the entire time I was there….. 10 mins? Employees here were unusually rude, since the manager was on smoke and joke break that will happen. Employees were more concerned with filling their drinks at the fountain machine than helping customers. First and last time.
