Delicious food and service.
Absolute fail. Placed online order art 6am Sunday. Go to store, was asked to wait at the speaker, no problem. Proceed to tell them I had online order. From that point on, I was in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Food was hot and fresh but the tea was also hot and fresh. Ordered half and half, received hot sweet tea, too sweet to drink. No napkins, no apologies. I'll find somewhere else if they can't get it together for an early Sunday breakfast.
place an order through the app for pickup.. when we got there for pickup we were told the mushroom Swiss burger is no longer available so we got the patty melt. the sandwich was so soggy and sloppy. it was an absolute mess to eat. the french fries were old, cold and dry. for over $10 per meal for fast food it was not worth that money.
Do not come by before 6 am. Picked up an online order. Had to sit in the drive through 20 minutes before getting to the speaker box (not because it was busy either). Tried to call and the phone was picked up then hung up. Sounded like the person working was high or just woke up. If I hadn’t done an online order and paid up front I would have left and gone elsewhere like 4-5 others in did. Took over 30 minutes to get my order.
Great burgers always. Got the grilled chicken this time though, and it was also great. I’ve never gotten a bad meal from here. Outstanding customer service too. You can tell when a place is managed good. ?
24-hour fast food with many delicious options. If you’re here during breakfast hours, I recommend the honey butter chicken biscuit meal. The hashbrowns alone are great too. Other top meals for me are their chicken bites and double cheeseburger.
By the time we got our food the bun was so soggy I couldn't pick it up to eat it without it falling apart. Not nearly as good as it used to be. Frys were cold, asked for ketchup and had to go to the counter and get it myself and it wasn't because they were busy. Don't waste your time going here if you enjoy whataburger skip this location.
I agree with the other reviews that see there’s way too much mustard and less is more sometimes! Very disappointed all I tasted was mustard and stale bread….very very dry!!! I don’t understand what the big lines for, I will never go there again. Blech
Best place to get a quick burger meal. The new jalapeno burger, I forget the name had nice heat and good flavor. And you can't go wrong with a Dr. Pepper shake.
So, I'll be frank here....I am not a fan of Whataburger's food. It's not bad, it's actually good. But I just don't ever crave them, and usually only visit on the rarity when it's convenient and I have no better options around me.But this is why I give them five stars...every time I visit any Whataburger, they have outstanding service. I feel like the care, they actually know how to greet a customer and say hello. They checked up on us, made sure we had what we needed.The food is good, but not over the moon. But that service will make me a loyal customer every time.
