We went through the drive through and the lady who took our order was so pleasant. Then when we arrived at the window, they were working together to get our order out quickly with such a nice attitude. I couldn’t help but tell the gentleman at the window what a wonderful experience it was for us. Our food was hot and tasty and my kids were happy!
This place is getting much better every day. The new lobby is clean, the menu has tons of good options, and the staff at day are nice. I remember having to wait five to ten minutes for my food in the drive-thru but no less than three minutes with my mobile orders. I would recommend placing a mobile order so that you do not have to wait long for your food.
You have a solid %68 chance of them getting your order correct. That number goes down if you ask for extra specifics.We all know they serve old patties or grind them into chili so as far as standards go, pretty good for their level.
These guys clearly don't know what they are doing. Ordered our food in the drive thru after waiting for 10 minutes at least. It was another 20 before they even handed it to us, which it was missing half of what we ordered. They were just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Food was cold. Drinks were barely filled. Horrible experience.
The fries were not hot and crispy. My HI-C orange was all ice. My sandwich was warm. Might be awhile before I go back.The Wendy's in Keystone never disappoints.
Have had a few bad experiences with this place, from ordering one thing to getting something completely different. Good quality it's self is alright, hit or miss honestly. Latest experience was worth not going back for.
Avoid this place. Nothing works here. If you like waiting 30 mins plus for cold fast food that's not even what you order come here. I come here because my son loves it and I hate it everytime. The employees are either rude or overwhelmed or something not one time in the last year have I gone and got what I ordered. In all honesty this location should have all employees retrained or fired.
Well I'm sorry to say the whole shopping experience at Wendy's on Saturday sucked nothing was right I'll never go back again this is the last time I'm never going back to the store again sorry that I'm sure it's not Management's fault of the owner's fault but it was shity my sandwich was not right and I'm thoroughly disgusted with Wendy's
After driving around looking for good food and service.we ended up at wendys #2063 at 1110 blanding. Took 5 minute’s to place are order.but 3 seconds to take are money and another 10 minutes to get are food.and this is what we got.the fries are the new super large fries and a kids meal sandwich…so don’t order the #1 Dave classic double.my order number I think is 30265 or 3270 bad receipt.
This Wendys has gone down hill bad. The night crew is Terrible. Never have bake potatoes. Manger says The night crew forgets to put them in. I said For the last 4 months , you just allow that? Manager replied We are working with them on the issue. 2 weeks later still No bake potatoes at night. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes, just to place an order in the drive thru. Even if you're the Only car in drive thru.No mater what night it is, the Crew members & Manager's famous last words are " Do to us being short staffed, it will be at least a 10 to 15 min wait. Once again Even if you're the Only car in drive thru. It don't matter what you ordered. Lately I've been ordering 2 Jr cheese and 1 Md Fry ( because they never have Bake potatoes), they always say it will be 10 to 15 mins at least. Still being the only car in drive thru. I've watched employee's stand at the end of the sandwich line (closest to Front Counter) and be eating & Talking, while the other person is making sandwiches. That is DISGUSTING and ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY. It's Always the same Manger working when all this takes place. Ive talked to her many times about these Issues. Last time I told her, I live 1 block away from here ,but I was going to start driving out to Middleburg to get food because Jefferson Wendy's has gone way down. She replied I know, this is the Worst Wendy's ever!! I was baffled by her response. So that's when I let her know that I use to work Night shift at that Wendy's (Jefferson Wendy's). What she is allowing the night shift to do, Would have NEVER been Excepted when I worked there. Then again.. When the Manager don't care, the crew don't care!! I REALLY HOPE, Corporate steps in Very Soon.
