i came through the drive thru and forgot to ask for no mustard on my burger, i get to the pay window and ask the young girl working if it was too late to make my burger with no mustard. she comes back saying unfortunately its been made but they can still remake it if i would like. i declined the kind offer as i didn’t want to waste food. i get to the second window and the gentleman said they were preparing me a new burger with no mustard. i appreciated this so much as i would have been fine with the mustard as it was my mistake to say no mustard. i let it be known that i appreciated that a lot and truly, i was impressed. i’ve never had a fast food place willingly replace my burger even though i declined the kind offer. i wish i got the names of the great employees, if it helps, i came by april 29th around 7:00pm. this wendy’s has always been quick every time i come, i usually don’t eat wendy’s a lot but i think that has changed now. thank you for the awesome service and please, let the employees that were working that night know that they did an awesome job. they did not have to do this and i appreciated it so much!
Good team..work well together. Sandwich was hot and tasty. Salt was not too heavy. Light on the salt is great. Very courteous. Thanks everyone. My dinner was A-ok.?
The new hot honey chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! Their flavored lemonade's are good also, the restaurant was very clean and the customer service was great.
Two times in a row wrong burger, tighten up and make it easier to get the free replacement, tonight I paid for the supposed to be free one cuz staff clueless, then they give wrong burger, again. Check BEFORE you LEAVE DRIVE THRU or Maybe JUST go to five guys.
The drive through is fast, and the app give me some nice free stuff all the time. I go here a few time in the morning for pleasant hot breakfast when I am in a rush. The lady here at drive through is very nice and professional.
Wendy's at argyle Forest Blvd is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru to be told I needed to come inside. So I parked and went inside to find the employee's play around not doing their job. And the 1st thing I see is the girl employee with her hand down the front of the male employee's pants tugging on him. Then I was told the lobby was closed and I needed to use the drive thru. I wouldn't have eaten there now after seeing what was going on in their. But to tell me drive thru was closed come to the lobby then go in the lobby to be told the lobby was closed to use the drive thru was crazy as I walked out the girl locked the door. Ifeel as it was racist. That's my opinion. I called the next day the lady said the manager was working the drive thru then tells me she is the general manager. I told her what happened and she said she would take care of it.
Lady at window was smiling, thorough and efficient. Burgers and Salad were fresh and yummy. Line was clipping right along. Prices were reasonable. Was happy for our decision to stop by the Fleming Island Wendy's.
I went in the lobby to grab some lunch. It’s was still breakfast time and was told it was 12 minutes until they served lunched. I asked politely could I wait in the lobby with my service dog. The manager rudely said no! I felt very disrespected I walked out and decided I would never eat that location again. Sorry.
The food is always hot, the service is fast, and my orders have always been 100% correct. The staff is very friendly. I normally use the mobile app to order with drive through pickup and have always been happy.
Nice place . If any hot guys see this add my snap stariefishies you won't be disappointed ???Wendy's is wayyyyyy over priced!. $10.50 for a meal Wendy's!. For Fcks Sake you can get 2 meals at other places for one of yours. And it tastes like home. I DONT WANT IT TO TASTE LIKE HONE WHEN IM EATING OUT!.
