Pulled in drive through and placed my order was asked to pull to other side of building sat there over 10 minutes tried to go in but doors locked at 9:00am pulled around to second window no one there pulled back around and a truck pulls in placed order pulled around. once they gave him his order was able to get in and ask about mine, they hadn't even started my order. I asked for and received my money back with offer to still make my order but I declined. I did receive apology.
Completely rude staff and no food orders being taken during operation hours. We arrived at 1228am and they closed at 1am. While they turned us away at the drive through and then hung up on me when I asked what their hours were. When being denied food during operation hours, she wouldn't give me the store ID number, wouldn't take our order in the drive though 30 mins before they closed. I called back after being hung up on multiple times to get store number she finally said she didn't have to give me that information when clearly its available on a receipt and in an address for a business location but I guess they are to arrogant to know that based on how many times I was hung up on and ignored as a customer trying to order food. This place deserves-5 stars as it is the worst Wendy's I have never been to.
The food is always bomb from this Wendy's. Also the people are really coola nd the line moves pretty quick. Only time I haven't waited was really late at night and there were a lot of cars.Strongly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. ALSO the new fries are actually A tier fries.

I ordered through the drive a bacon cheeseburger and chill With. The photos show the crackers, as I asked for lots of crackers and when I was handed the bag, I assumed the cheeseburger was at the bottom of the bag, cause they had the lots of crackers part correct. When I get home, the cheeseburger was missing. I called the restaurant and they confirmed thee cheeseburger Walt included, that they forgot it. They told me they would give me another one, that I could pick it up. I explained that I like to drive when it’s dark that they should bring it to me. He said they don’t have delivery.I come to find out out that Wendy’s does have delivery. Not going to Wendy’s anymore.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s 9 pm, Wendy’s close at 2 a.m. Why are you refusing me service over 5 four for $4’s. Per The Manager on duty, I can only order 3. Wowww!!!! My question is, do I just feed half of my family?Saddd!!! Fast food is a joke!
The drink(s) were good. My sandwich(s) were hot and fresh. My fries were not hot and crispy, discovered after I pulled out onto US-17/Park Ave. I had to ask for my receipt.
Drive thru service is atrocious. Slow and always forget something of the order so check your bags. They basically swindle us by not giving what we pay for. Never going there again. It's this specific location not all Wendy's.
Don’t give the cashier your card. Online order & pick up through the window. Did you know if the cashier redirects your attention & keeps your bank card, they can still use your card as credit??
Speedy, friendly usually accurate service. Noting to complain about. They have come a longbway from the older days. The place used to smell and the service used to be mediocre, often rotating personal. Happy for the changes they have made over the yrs.
