Ordered a soup and salad the same time my friend did. My food came quickly... but hers never did30 minutes later she went back for a refund. They were so busy, the front employees were getting flustered with each other and the line was to the door. Great food... bad service today.
I love the Loop. The food is great!This location just doesn't have the same atmosphere the others do in Jacksonville. It's highly lacking in this area. It's not what I expect when I walk into a Loop restaurant.
I've been going to the Loop for many years, but for some reason this location always leaves me thinking I've done something wrong. I mean super super unfriendly ea time I go. I never write bad reviews but honestly this one needs some tlc from management, they barely address u, numerous times I've watched my food sit there & getting cold, it's like they don't want customers. Just a blah atmosphere & it seems they don't care at all. I used to get the burgers but always something wrong so tonight pizza. It was so average it chased below average to the finish line. Salad was good as always but full of brown, wilted and not really edible pcs. I'm going to drive to the fleming one from now on. Sorry but the other locations always make it really enjoyable & u don't mind paying more for good food.
The salmon was rubbery.
Ate there for lunch and dinner. Salads are excellent so are the pizzas. You literally can’t go wrong ordering anything off the menu. Milkshakes are absolutely excellent. Sorry I wish I had more pictures. A nice assortment of menu items and fountain drinks. Lots of seating available inside. I wish outside seating was setup better But anyway we still enjoyed it.
Plastic anyone? Ordered burger for him, salad for me. Was served salad in to-go container and didn't ask for that. Maybe they can't wash a salad bowl? Or maybe they're implying that I should "go"? I wasn't expecting to sit down at a restaurant and eat out of plastic. Also, we were the only customers there when we arrived and staff was just standing around chatting. Guess this accounts for the lack in attention.
Clean and yummy! I always get the tomato bisque soup from here!
Swiss mushroom burger medium rare, the burger fell apart and had to chase the burger and reassemble multiple times. Pizza came out not done in the middle. We love the loop. The burger and pizza tasted fine. They made another pizza for us. Just slow down and get it right. You pay premium price. Need premium quality always
2 stars as you pay with a card and you can’t tip the crew that run this business they don’t have the option! Please we live in modern time I don’t carry cash, I never do! Please look after your people! Allow them to get tips by any tender, they take care of your business so look after them! Food great, attitude great! Unacceptable that you can’t tip when paying with a card! Change this and I will up grade to 5 stars! Thank you to the the people that run The Loop
Had a burger and a shake, both were good. Saw two microwaves out in the open. Not sure how fresh some food items are for what the prices are. The staff was very polite and attentive.
