Great food! They lose points because they don't pay attention to the orders. I had my order delivered. I specified on the order that I needed condiments. I got NO forks or spoons, No soy sauce for the rice, and NO plumb sauce for the eggroll. In my opinion, they just dish out the food and have absolutely no interest in giving the customer a pleasant experience. They have no idea what it's like to eat with your hands - or maybe they do!
It’s okay.. now one time their food did taste like someone sprayed chemicals in it. I don’t know.. but I still like it though ??????
It is with a heavy heart that I write this review because I don't want what happen to me happen to anyone else. I order the Pad thai shrimp and chicken, and what I got was tasteless noodles and protein soaked in soy sauce. I'm so disappointed ? ? because I was so hungry.
I've been eating from this place for a while, but tonight was my LAST night. The food was disgusting. It had a strange taste and overly salty. The young man over the phone was nice but he's not Management. I refuse to eat from a place that doesn't show any remorse or try to compensate for their wrong doing. The food went into the trash where it belongs.
Excellent taste and good quality!Ordering from here was easy and the food was moderately priced.The delivery guy was on time and very friendly.I enjoyed the food not being greasy and the taste being so fresh and delicious. Portions were bountiful too.
Skip the chicken pad thai as it is barely edible with virtually no flavor. The chicken did not even resemble chicken.

Thai Basil has the best pad thai hands down. The owners are very nice and sweet. Ordering from them is direct and to the point. I’ve been ordering from them for years and they never disappoint
