This place is trash. Went there this past Sunday for my 35th birthday before seeing the doctor strange movie. Wife and I were very hungry but didn't order an appetizer because the prices were too inflated I'm not paying $10 for microwave cheese sticks or $20 for microwave chicken bites. I ordered a cocktail that came out looking nothing like what it did in the picture and the description did not say that I would be getting an entire can of Red Bull with it. They charged me $13 for that b******* drink. My wife ordered her entree first and asked to have it put in immediately because I did not know what I wanted yet. I ordered a few minutes later the ribs and shrimp deal and I asked for the shrimp to be grilled instead of fried. 20 minutes later my food came out but my wife did not. As soon as they put the food down in front of me I sent it back because the shrimp was smaller than my thumb nails and there was only about five pieces and the ribs were too small square blocks of ribs I was furious. 10 minutes later we asked where my wife's pasta was and this had been about 30 minutes we were sitting there now and it turns out they never put that order in. This place is absolutely b******* and I will never go back.
Actually went to the chicken place that deserved out of there but I'm not going to mention its name. It would have gotten five stars because of the service there except for the fact that they let someone walk out with my food and then to go area. Manager did a great job though hats off to her
I had an absolutely horrible time at TGI Fridays the service was horrible I would never go back there again.They took forever to greet us even after we sat down which was very unacceptable.Me and my cousins went to eat at Fridays with them being 15 and me being 18. The waitress greeted we with “ are any of you over the age of 18? I said “yes” and she wanted to see my ID because apparently you have to be 18 or older to eat at Fridays…. but they hire 16 year old children?? I doesn’t make sense!!So, I proceeded to got to the car and got my ID and when I came back, my cousins told me that the manager yelled that them, telling them they needed to get out( a old white man) after they explained to him that they were waiting for me.I proceeded to sit down with my cousins and also to let them know that I was 18. They took a long time just to even give us our drinks; 10 minutes to be exact. Then, they took our orders with poor customer service.After this happened, I told the waitress to cancel my order because the customer service was horrible and uninviting.I was age and racially profiled only being there for within 15 minutes .This restaurant was very ghetto and I would not recommend! I will be calling corporate.I would recommend the servers learning soft-skills which they didn’t have.
Always a great time when me and my family go there.. Christine the night manager always seems to be working. We were blessed last night to have her as our server, never had that happen ever in all our years of dining out..and oh what a very nice and pleasant experience it was..☺️ She's always friendly and helpful but last night having more time was really awesome ?.. So I placed a $71+ pick up order and when I received my loaded oreo I received it already melted I told the waitress and she told me there is nothing that she can do about it instead of going to get the manager. On top of that I called the store three times to get in touch with the manager and of course they kept hanging my phone calls up every time. This store has poor customer service and is extremely rude, food handling is very poor my food was not the best in taste being that it is already pre-cooked so all they do is warm it up since they were the only restaurant open this late I tried them, but they are not recommended.

Came in after the movies on Superbowl Sunday was seated right away but it took ten minutes for the server to place our drink orders I wanted to leave right away but my wife and children were hungry, so the place there order and because I am a proud person I didn't order or even a drink order this is the first time in a long time that I never did this and I never seen some many end pieces of a double order. My wife order soup and salad and all the salad has was lettuce
It's been quite a while since I visited a TGI Friday's but I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and service. We ordered the whiskey grilled chicken sandwich and the Friday's sampler. The ribs were so tender. Enjoyed 2 drinks the Alabama Slamma. Would highly recommend.
First time in this location, but I have to say my expectations were exceeded. Waitress with the purple curly hair was super sweet, helpful and quick. The food was excellent fresh and yummy would 10/10 come again :) very pleasant experience.
I took a friend out to dinner to celebrate his birthday. We stopped at TGIF as we had eaten there before and it was convenient for us after watching a movie. After being seated it was only a short time before our waiter came by to take our initial drink orders. We both ordered slushes which were delicious. Started out with the potato skins as an appetizer. They were toasted just right with cheese and bacon topping. The waiter even remembered my extra sour cream as requested. For our main course I ordered the fried shrimp and ribs combo with the lemon butter broccoli and he ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and rice. The sides were prepared perfectly and the fried shrimp was delectable but both the salmon and the ribs were somewhat dry. When we got home we reheated them with a little water and they were much better.
