Absolutely terrible. Ordered through the app and when I got there they told me they weren’t going to make my food because they didn’t want to prepare anymore black beans. Then I was told the store couldn’t give me a refund and that I’d need to figure out how to get my money back myself. Taco Bell’s customer service phone number says it’s close for a holiday that was over on Monday.This restaurant basically stole my money.
Went there at 12 am to get me and my wife food was told its door dash and mobile orders only because there truck pulled up I was there 10 min before the truck got there they are rood and didn't care about the custmer worst taco bell ever 1 star was being nice I say it should be closed down for good if that's the service there going to give
Paid about 3 dollars for some sour cream that " in all" you could have put on a baby spoon.I donated to your taco Bell college fund.Rounded up.The least you could have done is put an adequate amount of sour cream on my food.Are you accommodating for the 14 to $22 an hour now hiring signs? Stop ripping people off.Tell your manager and corporate they're not slick.
In didn't wait long, but the order was wrong... Which is normal. To the pretty lady up front, at least say hight .. Your nails are flawless and beautiful. Please make sure the prepared meal is what they ask for.. Cause your fail on that department. I have my overpriced food away. Remember we were all in need one. At least TRY..SADDENED BECAUSE MY VOICE WAS NOT HEARD. I SAID NO CHIPS IN MY BURRITO...I THINK THEY PUT IN EXCITED. DISAPPOINTED. YOU GET MAD LOVE FOR A JOB WELL DONE
I always get a number six that's always great, I get chips on the side with two cheeses. I always used to get two cheeses cuz they always gave me plenty of chips but they've started to cut back now. That's happened twice now, that's why they get four stars. People at the window are always nice.
Drive thru associate pleasant and impressive. Expediter not so much, incomplete order..Restaurant floor messy, production floor full of lettus,cheese,and tomatoes. ?.Made me question why my family eats here.??Inside associates need improvement on customer service skills.Overly priced for quality and quantity.
It takes one bad experience to ruin a line of good experiences... normally love the service here but TODAY.... got the manager at drive thru who decided to cop a major attitude because I refused to accept a drink she made incorrectly ..instead of a large baha blast freeze she was trying to give us a large baha blast soda , and when I handed it back and told her it was wrong , she decides to try to hand out a small freeze in its place . My daughter immediately says "that's a small" so I tell her "oh that's not right either, we ordered a large " the manager sighs and says "I'm gonna make you another small and it will be more than a large ". I kindly decline as I have only one cup holder. At this point she gets super mad and goes to make the large handing it out rudely . Then hands the bagged food and says with contempt "have a lovely dayyy". It was clearly stated with daggers in her eyes. What one earth did we deserve any of that for? What a major mood killer . Then to find out who the managers manager is was a sea of enabling bologna ...I was being told it was me misreading her energy . ?♀️?♀️?♀️???
They were B u s y!!! They have an unmanned station where one can order their food or order it through the team member at the cash register. Ordering through the station was very easy...food took a while though... But it was hot!
Management here tonight really truly was pitiful. The order was made wrong. I went around in the line again. The person in the microphone said they'd remake the 3 hard tacos that I ordered. They gave me three soft tacos. Instead of doing what she said she asked me for my receipt. I couldn't seem to find it. I started that is just got my order, it was a slow night there because they didn't turn the outside lights in. Groups of teenaged employers were standing around just chatting.Frustrated I asked for the manager. The manager had a totally bad attitude. She said that she heard me say soft tacos, as did all the other employees. But that couldn't have been the case because I did not sure the word "soft" at all. Then the manager remarked that I was eating the "very item I'm asking to be replaced" but I was eating a burrito, and said so and threw the rest of it at the building because I was so past feed up with that lady at that point. I stepped on the gas and peaked out of the window pick up spot.I ordered three bean burritos with no onions and extra cheese and three regular tacos.I pulled up past the monitor both times I went around because even in my mini SUV you can't see the menu through the speaker.
I was one of several customers who actually went into the building to place their order. For 30 minutes or so, myself and the other 4 who went in to place our orders watched about 50 vehicles go through the drive through and about 5 Door Dash Drivers come in, grab orders and leave. We were all asked several times if we were helped and of course we answered yes and asked how long before we get our order(s). "It's coming up" was the answer each time. I watched one person ask for his money back. Within one minute of him leaving, his order came up and his name was called. How nice... To make matters worse, their was about 8 or 9 employees working when I arrived. After finally receiving my order, I did not receive a "Sorry for the wait" or anything resembling. So to ask how was my visit? All I can say is, "Never again"!
