This place has gone downhill fast. It's a shame, we used to love bringing our family here for dinner. It has turned into a workaraunt. I don't have that much issue with the kiosks but miss the service. The staff is extremely rude ever since they were installed. Every time I've gone since using the kiosks something is missing from our order and it's like pulling teeth trying to get someone to come over to the counter and help. I'm sorry to say that we will not be back.
Haven't been to Steak n Shake in a long time. First time at this location. We went late Friday night and it was pretty busy. The food and shakes were awesome. Definitely will be back.
It's been quite a while since I was last here. COVID shut me down. Tonight was different. No waiter. Kiosk ordering and food still cooked fresh. The idea of self service is great. No attitudes to deal with from waitresses and still getting a great meal.
Great food, but it was very hard to pay the bill with cash. The Management had to use their cell phone to figure out how to accept a partial gift card payment and a the difference in cash. I know, who uses cash anymore, right.
Save your money!!! Went to this establishment this evening and ordered and medium and large meal. The medium fry was the bottom of a hotdog wrapper that was cut down to about two inches and the large fry was in a hamburger wrapper. The medium fry had literally about 20-25 fries and the “large” wasn’t much better. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore and getting less and less for you money when prices keep going up is pathetic. My question for you Steak and Shake is how many fries are in a small?? Ridiculous…
Burger was hot,juicy and delicious! IF you like garlic, you must try their garlic burger. The skinny fries with cheese or chili and cheese are awesome. Food is cooked by order and always hot and fresh.One of my favorite places to eat.
My experience tonight was terrible and worth reviewing. A simple order from the menu took over 40 minutes to receive, the shake milk seemed bumpy or curtled - and the burger bun was wet. The employees complained that they were short stuffed, but they had a bunch of people there. It was enough for me to never go there again. Plenty of other options out there than overpriced wet flat burgers.
SnS is a go to for my daughter, so typically when we are traveling i try to stop in at one. Food here is medial compared to other SnS chains. Only take orders via touchscreen, which with people not wanting to work I get it, but I do not personally care for it. Not the greatest Steak and Shake visit we have had.
The french fries are delicious and the service is fast and friendly. I'll keep going back. Great food and wonderful atmosphere
Great garlic burger as always. I wish they would bring back the garlic fry seasoning
