Visited this location with my mom today April 18th at 11:39 AM. The long haired brunette girl with a ponytail that was working the drive thru gave us our drinks but my mom's drink didn't taste right (tasted more like watered down milk) so I told her that the Strawberry and cream Frappuccino didn't taste like it had any strawberry in it. So she went and gave us a small cup with the strawberry stuff in it for us to mix it in ourselves. That was not possible due to the cup being filled up all the way. When I said something to the girl she seemed like it was a bother to have to remake the drink. But for the price that you pay for the drinks you shouldn't have to mix it yourself. Then to top it off shefinally agrees to remake the drink and it's so overly done with strawberry that the whole cup is red. It tasted awful and we just ended up dumping it out at home. It wasn't even busy and at this point were not even sure we'll bother going back. We religiously go to this location like 2 times a week and have never had an issue before. But expecting us to mix the stuff in ourselves instead of just remaking the drink is beyond ridiculous.

Gave me a pourover not brewed, used drivethru. They could of at least told me. #pike

This location frequently has issues. The inside is closed, or the mobile ordering is turned off, or the drinks are made poorly, or their out of stock on food. The staffing really seems to be an issue at this location and I do believe in keeping people safe during COVID but to me this store uses COVID as an excuse for their poorly run store operations. I go to many stores between here and dowm south while on the road frequently and have to say this one is the worst. The staff that are working are always friendly and nice.
Using the app, I ordered a iced venti shaken esspresso. Upon arrival, the drive thru was crowded, the parking lot is small & congested, so I entered the store to retrieve my drink. While driving to work, I tasted the drink and realized it wasn't made properly. I then called the store and was told the drink doesn't get any classic syrup, but I know it does. The ingredients are listed on the menu in the app, for everything they sell. Starbucks has gotten so big that it's losing it's grip on quality. My drinks are made differently depending on the location, cleanliness is below average, etc. Please comment if you agree.
They never get our drinks right. Can’t say ever got the same drink twice and even come close to tasting similar. ?
So I recently discovered the Starbucks app. I mean, I knew it existed but I recently started using it. Anyhow, I don't go religiously to Starbucks everyday or anything crazy like that but lately I've been going maybe once a week and getting the iced chai tea cuz it's DELICIOUS and I've already accumulated enough points to get a free drink. Plus they have a little game of chance thing in there where you can supposedly potentially win a bunch of different prizes. So far I haven't won anything but honestly I never win when it comes to stuff like that but so that's not saying much. But about this particular location, I recently had drinks there with my daughters and my ex met us up there to bring my oldest something she had forgotten and he said he the location was pretty nice and he'd need to start going there more often. When I asked why he said it was cuz all the pretty girls apparently came thru there. Lol. So there you have it-chai tea, points, prizes and pretty girls. Five stars, will def visit again.
