Consistently good food every time. Waitresses take their time with people and our friendly and most have lots of tenure and have been there for a while. Always like how friendly they are. Menu has good variety. Prices are pretty good too. Also you can do call in or online orders and pick up and they bring it out to your car.
Chicken was not fully cooked it had gummy wet slimy skin on smoked chicken and lots of pink in center of chicken ? and they had no butter cinnamon or regular for sweet potato and cornbread. It will be a while before I go back there again a lot of people I have talked to told me the experience the same issues that the food was not fully cooked and they feel like they paid a high price for something that they really did not enjoy just like I did not really enjoy my meal! I have eaten here many times I've had good and bad experiences but it was getting better but the last time I ate there was probably the worst I've had since I've ate establishment
They are very quick to get your food. No long waits. Great food. Reasonable prices despite inflation.
I've never had an issue with this place before. But recently when I went to this establishment for lunch my friend and I noticed someone from the kitchen going back and forth to the bathroom at LEAST 5 times during our stay. After that lunch I came down with a bad case of food poisoning or whatever you'll call it. It made me sick. (got tested, it was not covid) First time eating out in a long while and I don't think I'll be back. I'm starting to question whether or not your employees actually wash their hands after visiting the restroom.
The service and food was the worst.my family and I were sat in the crowd section while while there was plenty of seating.we ordered dry rub ribs and were served wet “sauce” sent I back and they wiped the sauce off threw dry rub seasoning on it and reserved it like it was fresh.my son ordered a grilled cheese and they served him burnt toast that was put on the inside and the added the cheese to hide the poor quality food that they are willing to serve..High prices for super low quality food and service.how to sonny’s
The service is outstanding! The food is really tasty! Loved everything I had. Also GIANT cups, so you’re not running out of beverage before you’re finished with your meal. Will be back!
Our waitress/server was wonderful, she showed extra concern for the younger members of our group, and made sure they had a good experience.I Ordered one of the sampler plates. It had a generous amount of food, and was tasty. My only complaint was the sliced brisket.was tough and dry.Everyone in our group was generally please with food and.service.
Great barbecue. Their sweet tea is excellent! Portions at lunch can be small. Different types of sauce: sweet, spicy-sweet, mustard, and regular. Pork, chicken, brisket, and ribs. Fried okra is good, too! Good service.
My friends and I stopped in last thing Thursday night and even though we were there after closing we got great service and the food was hot and fresh.Very enjoyable experience.Thank you so much.We'll be going back.
Always a good meal. About the best Babybacks you can find anywhere. Yes, it's a franchise, but be thankful for that. Sonny's are reliably well run and staffed. Great for family and freinds.
