I put in a mobile order so I could redeem my birthday side of tots and a medium coke. How long should I have to wait! More than 10 minutes for sure. Your app should allow people to redeem like other fast food places do. Then I get my tots and they're luke warm. Really ? I then had to go to drive thru to get a bag of ice and they tell me they can't due to a machine down. Interesting, I have ice in my drink. Wish you could be like Chick Fila or even McDonald's,
EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, even to their new employees that you notice are trying there best, they still seem like they do not care about the company, nor there customers, i personally seen the manager on duty yell at a trainy by the bathrooms and kept telling her to do better and you could see in the girls eyes she was trying her best even after telling the manager “it’s only my second week” this is so ridiculous and degrading.
They try so hard. It's always busy here and short staffed. Most of the time the tater tots/fries are luke warm/cold. But the rest of the food is hot. Don't be mad when we are lucky they are open. Most of the time I see them open with only 2 people working. Please take that into consideration when leaving a review. I do believe they are doing their best. And the young man who always comes to the window with a smile and is very pleasant makes it a better experience. I can't leave less than 5 stars when you can see the effort and good attitude the staff has.
Terrible! Incredibly overpriced! Ordered a double stuff Oreo blast but only got a cup of vanilla ice cream with nothing more than a couple of Oreo chunks dropped on top. Ridiculous. They might as well have just handed me an empty cup or a hot dog, either way, it wasn't what I ordered, wanted, expected, or paid for. Garbage!!!
As always this sonic is super slow, however they are always worth the wait. The hot dogs are delicious every time and you can't beat their happy hour prices on drinks.

I ordered mozzarella sticks, cheese burger no pickles and two Fritos chili cheese wraps. I got mozzarella sticks, no marinara, a plain cheese burger and two wraps with NO Fritos, pretty upset about it, won’t be coming back. Not that hard of a job.
Placed an order on the app for pick-up at 22:15 on Saturday, 12/4 only to arrive and the location is closed??? According to the app AND Google, it’s open until 00:00???I’m exhausted of restaurants begging for customers, but then out of their own laziness, closing early. This is ridiculous.
couldn’t even put signs up to say the call in buttons were broken and the servers are like no help at all. i asked how to get my food at the door and the lady had a whole attitude and was like “well it’s been a minute and 40 seconds since you ordered so.” and i was like “yeah i know i just wanna know how yo get it” then when she brought us our food she had an attitude abt my friend being confused abt her drink ? trash service just go to orange parks sonic
Waited almost 30 minutes in drive thru. When I finally received my food it was old and cold. My large tots were half empty. When I tried to do the online survey I couldn’t because the stores location number is not listed on the receipt.
