STAY AWAY FROM THIS SONIC UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 25 MINUTES AND NEVER GET YOUR ORDER TAKEN. Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes. There was another car ahead of us who they hadn't gotten their order taken yet. Parked up front and asked a car hop if we could order a chocolate shake. She said that other people were waiting. I said yeah me! I've been waiting 25 minutes! There were cars leaving due to not having their orders taken. People were revving their engines to try to get attention from inside the Sonic building. The only person I talked to was very rude. Stay away from this Sonic at all costs they will waste your time and give you attitude.

None of the screens worked which was fine because i had a Mobile order anyways. However there was an employee smoking a cigarette in front of stall 6 yelling at me because the screen didn't work (maybe 7 screens worked total), i told her i did not need the screen because i was picking up a mobile order to which she told me "well the screen doesn't work so maybe you should go walk up there". I said no i placed my order and said I'm in stall 6 thank you. She continues to smoke her cigarette by my car in uniform staring at me until i rolled up my windows.I haven't been here for a few weeks because of the service here and the our ice cream orders ALWAYS being wrong and never fixed or even asked to fix our stuff after complaining but the money we spend esp for the extra stuff you're charging me for and I'm not getting is ridiculous. This store has gone downhill and the employees are always so rude. I places my order and said i would be here by 11. I was here. Its now 11:15 and i have yet to get my medium cherry limeade which was all i ordered because i figured how can you mess that up? Waiting this long for 1 drink that i ordered before i picked up is absolutely ridiculous!

First off, it took them about 10 minutes just to answer us after we pressed the order button. When we finally got an answer, the attitude we got from the girl was atrocious, so bad that my husband, who never complains about anything, had something to say about it. I told her that they took so long that I just placed my order on the app while sitting in their stall. When we finally got our order, the blasts were just plain vanilla ice cream with the Oreos and Reece’s sprinkled on top, not mixed at all. My husband only ate a quarter of his burger as he complained it tasted like burnt charcoal and my honey bbq wings pretty much had no sauce on them at all. The ONLY good thing was the mozzarella stick I got AFTER I had to reheat them since they came out to us cold. Even the drinks from the fountain were subpar…HOW DO YOU MESS UP DRINKS FROM A DRINK FOUNTAIN?!?The only positive to this was that the food got out to us quickly after I placed the order.

Was only going for Sonic’s yummy bagged ice but I ended up getting SuperSONIC Breakfast Burrito! Let me tell you it was? Delish sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, tots, onions, tomatoes and jalapeños in a flour tortilla. ?? So good. Very fast drive up and friendly servers. ?

Sonic has been my very favorite for over 20 years.But. I am sad to say that they are going down hill. I was down to 2 in my area of Jacksonville FL that I could rely on. Well after today. I am down to one.The cheeseburger was rubbery and cold. The fries were in the same shape.I never complain and send food back for fear something would be done to my new order.Please managers! Crack down and do better! I love my Sonic food.

I went there for breakfast the person taking my order sounded very confused about what she was doing. Several times my husband explained that the order on the screen was incorrect. She then said someone would be out in a minute and no one ever showed. We sat and waited while 3 other cars came placed orders, waited and never received food. They took off, and so did we.

I don’t rarely say this, but if I could give zero stars, I would. They say the food is sent out long before it really is. When it gets here, the server is nice, but the tots for my son are cold and hard. Then, I look at the size of the frito jr roll. It’s not even worth $0.50. It’s as flat as cardboard.Then, our patty melts. They were slathered in mustard. Not just a lot, but an excessive amount. The sandwich wouldn’t even stay together it was so wet. I considered sending it back but i just wiped it off. It took three napkins for each one.I wont be bringing my family back either.

6. I said 6 tater tots in a small chili cheese tater tot. 6. Literally. For $3. What a joke. Slushies had almost no flavor in them even though extra was requested. Customer service 2/10

The location is OK for getting into and out of, but that is only because of the time of day we went.Ordered chicken tenders and a burger meal. The tenders were so dry as to make them inedible since I do not care for putting dipping sauce all over themThe burger was good, and both meals were hot when received.

It I could give zero stars I would. I sat in line 20 mins behind 1 car who was at speaker waiting to order. No other vehicles in line, finally heard lady say hello can I order now. Then it's my turn. I order them wait another 20 minutes, only to get food which was completely messed up. Young girl with long black hair mumbled unnecessary rude comments u der her breathe while getting a manager I requested to speak with.. after 40 minutes you'd think my order would be correct. Now waiting for it to be remade, which I've been waiting for anyyher 10 minutes. It's very frustrating, they obviously need to find better employees that know how to listen when orders are being placed, an employee who don't run there mouth to customer.I will say the new manager that was coming on shift was very nice and fixed my issue.
